forgot sauces and when we came back to the pick up window they acted as if i was lying and started talking to the other employees about whether they should give me a sauce that was free by the way.

Usually get food there alot most the time they do really good. Called in an order told me 30 mins got there 35 mins later told wasn't ready yet took my money had pull aside.sat there about 40 mins no food went to check on it wasn't ready.I think they forgot to make my order. Ask for my money back had to speak to a manager. They at least been honest and told me they forgot to make my order instead of making me wait forever. I Did finally got my money back really poor business. Done alot business with them won't be going back nomore It's ashame to treat your customers bad
Thebl burgers were probably 1/2 pounders but lacked flavor. My son didn't care for the pizza that we took home for him. He said probably would have been better hot. We live 45 minutes away.

Apparently my husband and I should have just ordered pizza? First, our server didn't know the drink menu (which has very little options and not included on the menu) and couldn't direct us to where the drink menus were found (on opposite walls and hard to see). We ordered appetizers, and yes, the fried mushrooms are exceptionally good, but our meals came almost on top of the appetizers. I ordered grilled chicken Alfredo with garlic bread. My husband ordered a Stromboli. Turns out they use precooked frozen chicken and ready made frozen garlic bread (unclear whether or not they make their own Alfredo sauce) and my husband's Stromboli was bland and small for a Stromboli. Our total bill was almost $60 (with tip) for food we could have made at home for less.They cut corners on our dinners and it can be easily assumed they cut corners everywhere. As such it says they don't really care about customer experience. For these reasons we will not be returning to this lackluster restaurant.
