Visited Burger King in Washington IN, around noon on 2/13/23. Ordered the $5.00 meal. Gave the girl (who knocked my drink over at the window) a $100 bill. I live in Evansville IN. Thee hours later I stop at a store & notice i only have $84.00, first time I got money out since leaving Washington. Called and talked to Frank the manager….of course drawer was over nor no camera footage. Did i expect to get my $10 back….(I had a little hope) ppl are no longer honest these days....read full review
Communicate with your customers about their orders. We were the first in line and they had to ask us what we ordered. I've worked in food service for 25 years and this was abysmal. My OCS, only mayo was literally swimming in mayo. And this was at 12:15 p.m. when they should have been on top of their game. but instead they phoned it in. Not to mention the fries, which were stale. And I didn't get a receipt. Poor business.
