Placed online order for pickup. Didn't put sauces in bag. Also didn't put cheese and bacon on burger although charged for it. I can understand missing the sauces but was wrong in the kitchen also.

Beyond slow, they literally stare at you at the counter and won't help you. Made an order online. Went there 10 minutes later. Took us another 45 minutes to get our food!!

The cashier was above awesome, brought me my food because I have a broken arm. But when I got my Maple Bourbon BBQ it was a disappointment to say the least. 3 half strips of bacon and a sprinkle of fried onion......I thought my burger was pain for a moment until I took the top off. Don't get it, not worth the price you pay.

The girl that took my order. instead how she could help just shrugged and said do you need to order while I was standing at the register. You could completely tell she didn't want to work or be there. Then at the pop machine there was a complete mess. Pop all over the floor and counter. Trash over flowing. Not a single table was clean. Then all I got was a happy meal for my kid and they forgot the fries.

I ordered a chicken Jr off the fryer and was asked to park to wait on my food. My food was brought out to me within 3 minutes hot and fresh! Great job Washington Burger King, nicely done!!
