My friend and our kids went to jimbos tonight got seated around 5:12 this evening. We watched the workers clean tables, help other customers. 3 of the workers came out of the restroom together. The waitress that sat us down had other people come in and at this point we still didn’t have drinks or anything. It was nearly 5:40 by this point. The waitress that had sat us down even got the other people drinks and that’s when we decided to leave. I’ve been a waitress/manager I totally understand being busy. Jimbos wasn’t that busy. The 3 waitresses also shouldn’t have all been to the restroom together. Definitely the worst experience I’ve seen.
The food is funominal, the service is fast and friendly, and the price is incredibly cheap! 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!!!

Pizza 🍕 was okay. Husband told me that they were more interested in the tip money 💰.

They seemed more interested in a tip than selling good pizza on a carry out, almost catching an attitude after giving them $5 tip. Just saying. Yes I tip. Pizza was ok but not the greatest. Maybe work on customer service and you might get return business.

Visited at an unusually busy time, but waitress was unduly short tempered—clearly rushed, but that doesn’t forgive that she only visited the table twice (to get our order) until we went and complained, after which she mostly did her job.
Breadsticks were the same premade product you might find at a laser tag/arcade type of establishment, decent but unimpressive. Mozzarella bread may genuinely have been Texas Toast brand bread, with mozzarella sprinkled over top. The pizza, while decently cooked, was exceptionally cheap tasting: what I would expect from an all you can eat buffet, not a sit down pizza place.
I had a uniquely negative experience, but even if the service had been good, my key takeaway still would’ve been: just get some Texas toast and a frozen pizza at your local grocery, you’ll get better food. Their wings could be spectacular, their pasta may be divine, but if I have my way I’ll never be coming back to find out.

Great food! Good pricing.
Great atmosphere
4 stars just because the sweet tea wasn't sweet enough 😔, but it was good none the less.
Relaxing place to get some good food and drinks. Staff is very pleasant and quick.
