Been waiting 20 min for our food... aside from the 20 it took to order.... still no food as I write this... I should have read reviews before comming here. Not from around here but definitely wont be back when we dondrive this way to Indy.

Horrible service . We were told to pull up ,so I did . We waited and waited , finally I went in. When they saw me they said oh I was just coming out . There was one customer inside and one outside every so often. I said why pull us over when you have hardly no customers. I said be better prepared so people aren't waiting even when you have hardly any customers. Mind you 3 cars went through and left as I was waiting. I think they forgot about us honestly. When I was leaving I heard them say to another customer that it would be ok. This is what happens when you let nothing but teenagers run the place .

We went and ordered and left with what we thought was our entire order. Once we unpacked the food we quickly realized that we had a 1/3 of our order. We went back and got what we should’ve got the first time and also thought we had everything but we still did not. Atrocious!
The chicken is always a hit and miss. We love KFC, but we are disappointed more than not. Would just like fresh, hot, delicious chicken.

Staff is great, food is amazing, I always love popping in anytime I'm in town.
Went there to get a late night meal after my long shift at the hospital, was also planning on bringing my wife home some food. Tried to get a four-piece meal with fries and maybe chicken sandwich. Was told all we have is nuggets and tenders and that's all we can give you. "It's 40 minutes until close if you know what I mean" I would have waited, but they decided not to serve me my food. Can't give the food a good rating if I've never had it. But service and atmosphere ruin my vibe
