Literally the best brisket I have ever had in my life. Their brisket is consistently amazing! Smoked without overwhelming smoke flavor, amazing bark with a great seasoning blend, little spicy black pepper finish, super tender and moist.... it's a flavor party in your mouth. Truly one of a kind and something everyone needs to try! My family won't let me make my own brisket ever again since they've tried it from Lamar BBQ, and that's ok with me... I prefer theirs any day!

We were fortunate to have Lamar BBQ cater our recent event. The BBQ was top-notch! Excellent flavor, the staff was super friendly, and they made sure everyone was full and happy. We will be booking them again in the future.
