Cold fries (after waiting for the order). A sandwich with a correct tag (no nasty American cheese) 🧀but the actual sandwich has not one but TWO (2) melted slices of AC. Yuck! 🤮 go back and they make it right but no offer to compensate for their obvious screw up…..customer service less than satisfactory… I know avoid McDonald’s but really avoid Washington McDonalds….

I have never left a review of a McDonalds in my life but when I came to this location it was extraordinary. I frankly don’t understand all the negative reviews, I have never been to a McDonald’s that was so friendly and genuine. I typically have very low expectations of the customer service at McDonald’s, but I have been to this location multiple times this week and they never failed to have fresh food and everybody I talked to was so incredibly kind.

The hamburger meat was over cooked.At 5:30 everything should have been freshly made.The French fries were hot and the pumpkin pies were fresh,but I can't get over the hamburger meat.

Almost every time I go there, I have to go back in to get something that I didn't get, when I was pulled forward.
The only crew here that actually works worth a darn is the 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. crew. They have their crap together.
The other shifts could care less, and are only concerned with pulling cars forward and then not getting your order right....

Ordered 3 10 piece nugget meals. My son bit into one of his nuggets and there was a bug in it (either a moth or roach. Couldn't tell but it had wings). Went back to get a refund and they tried to give me more nuggets instead. Disgusting.
