Mobile ordered on 1/22 food was cold and rubbery. Called for it to be fixed and went to pick it up this evening, yet again fries were cold and old and my sandwich has brown wilted lettuce. Night shift is awful about quality of food. Can't seem to get fresh food after 5pm. I don't leave reviews but night shift needs to get it together.

Rudest employees and management that you’ll ever meet. Avoid this nasty roach infested “restaurant” and go to Taco Bell.
Don't go to the mobile order area. You will watch about 20 cars go through the line after you have already placed your order and waited 20 minutes. Just got a frappe that wasn't even a full cup. I said something to the guy that brought me the food and I just ignored me. Not to mention I had to remind them they forgot two happy meals on the order.

No more $5 meal? Jasper has it. You are not nearly as fast, accurate, or friendly as the Jasper McDonalds to think you are too fancy for the cheap meal.
Guess that fixes our McDonald’s problem though. $5 is impulse meal money. $9 for a combo? Might as well go to an actual restaurant serving real food.

This place is honestly terrible. I don't know how they stay open, long wait times terrible service. If they make a mistake they try to blame it on their customers. There's zero accountability, and they seem like they are all on drugs
