Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customers the way she does. I went to get the misplaced food from my mother's order at McDonald's. They handed us fresh food and drink for the misplaced orders. They were very polite and apologized for the inconvenience. As an old fast-food worker, I understand completely how accidents happen and if you're training somebody new or in a different area that they've never worked. I appreciate all that they did to right the wrong. Also, the low food score is because my food wasn't that good. It has been a long time since I have had McDonald's and maybe as we grow our taste buds change so that is probably why. Thank you for all that you guys do by feeding America.

I go to this McDonald’s location every morning to pick up my coffee before I head to work and I never have any problems until yesterday morning and this morning yesterday morning the girl working in the drive-through window was not friendly at all, just stared at me and handed my food to me hastily And I overlooked it and then this morning she did the same thing so I very politely asked her if she ever said good morning to customers, she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window in my face, and I cannot tell you how unprofessional that is, you can’t treat your customers that way and expect them to come back and still spend their hard earned money at your location .
