I went to pickup at Walmart and saw the place near by and I haven't had a pizza from there in years. I saw a promo code for half off and decided to order a new Yorker style pizza. I do not live near here so I picked it up and took it home. The crust was burnt and I ordered two of the toppings too be half of the pizza. It shows on the website which has off the pizza that you want the toppings and nope they didn't even do that right. I added toppings and did the half stuff for my fiance but he didn't eat any bc of it being burnt and hardly any toppings. I ate a piece anyways bc I was starvingand I was sick all night and didn't sleep. I wasted $16 and glad I saw that promo code or I'd be out $31! Never again!! My stomach still hurts! I wanted to share a picture but I don't think it's going to let me.

Location is easy to access and the staff was friendly. They don't check boxes while inside so make sure you check before you leave.

No receipt even though I specifically stated I needed 1 for business purposes, ordered 2 cheese sauces only got 1. Maybe they should go back to ordering from the store so the people on the other side of the phone could understand what I said!!!!!!!!

Fantastic place! Live out of town but decided to grab some carryout while in the area and so glad I did! Wonderful group of young men working and was some of the best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. Will definitely order here again.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! Papa John’s has hit rock bottom. We called 35 minutes before closing, and guess what? They REFUSED to deliver! Said they sent their last driver out—what a lazy, pathetic excuse! Still open for another 35 minutes, and they’re already giving up. No wonder this place is a disaster—ever since they got rid of Papa John himself, the whole operation has gone down. They’ve lost the only thing that made them great, and it shows! We’ll never waste our time or money on this garbage again!
It's pappa johns either you like it or you don't. This place in particular don't under cook anything.

I was supposed to get two large pizzas. Only got one. No pizza sauce on it. Very little sausage and pepperoni order breadsticks they taste like rubber. The dipping sauce was supposed to be cheese and it tastes like warm butter I will never order there again

I ordered pizza last Saturday on the website and chose delivery. I got the email verification and cell phone notification that it went through. I called back an hour later to check on the status of the pizza. I had a little one falling asleep and didn't want to wake her by a loud delivery driver. They said they didn't have a delivery driver and was voided out, except I was charged for this alleged pizza on my online banking account. They also told me my phone number and email wasn't real basically (dumb *****). They said wait for it to reappear in my bank account and call back if it doesn't. I call back 2 other times in my free time to no success. I'm told to go to my bank and there's nothing they can do on their end. So now I have to take more time out of my schedule to go to my bank for a pizza I never received while out of town. I think this is the absolute worst service I have ever got. It's not worth the inconvenience, headache, and run around they give you when it's not right. I will never order from there again.
