We went here a couple weeks ago and got a pizza and took it back to our hotel room. We walked in and my bf said hi. They barely looked up and didn't say anything. They guy that waited on us wasn't very nice. We asked for any deals and he just showed us the book with a menu. Then we ordered a pizza and it was done in less than 10 minutes. It could have been done more, but still tasted ok. We ate it cause we were hungry and tired at that time, but the service really sucked. We will not coming there again that's for sure. I'd rather go to Walmart and buy something. I have a management degree and as former boss I would have fired all of them just for the service they gave.

The service was good and the pizza was cooked exactly how Papa John's should be and to order. I just forgot how much it sucks. I normally have domino's or QT pizza which are both much better and cheaper

Ordered a delivery. The driver went to the wrong house. Asked for a redelivery and the driver calls angry at me because HE can’t find an address. Never did get my order and he hung up on me. Google maps is a very useful tool!

I went to pickup at Walmart and saw the place near by and I haven't had a pizza from there in years. I saw a promo code for half off and decided to order a new Yorker style pizza. I do not live near here so I picked it up and took it home. The crust was burnt and I ordered two of the toppings too be half of the pizza. It shows on the website which has off the pizza that you want the toppings and nope they didn't even do that right. I added toppings and did the half stuff for my fiance but he didn't eat any bc of it being burnt and hardly any toppings. I ate a piece anyways bc I was starvingand I was sick all night and didn't sleep. I wasted $16 and glad I saw that promo code or I'd be out $31! Never again!! My stomach still hurts! I wanted to share a picture but I don't think it's going to let me.

Location is easy to access and the staff was friendly. They don't check boxes while inside so make sure you check before you leave.
No receipt even though I specifically stated I needed 1 for business purposes, ordered 2 cheese sauces only got 1. Maybe they should go back to ordering from the store so the people on the other side of the phone could understand what I said!!!!!!!!

Fantastic place! Live out of town but decided to grab some carryout while in the area and so glad I did! Wonderful group of young men working and was some of the best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. Will definitely order here again.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! Papa John’s has hit rock bottom. We called 35 minutes before closing, and guess what? They REFUSED to deliver! Said they sent their last driver out—what a lazy, pathetic excuse! Still open for another 35 minutes, and they’re already giving up. No wonder this place is a disaster—ever since they got rid of Papa John himself, the whole operation has gone down. They’ve lost the only thing that made them great, and it shows! We’ll never waste our time or money on this garbage again!
