so I ordered a bunch of food off of DoorDash from this location and it was completely butchered, but there was a manager there named Jacob and he completely replaced the entire order for us with no issue. It was excellent customer service and I have not experienced customer service on this level before. Good job, Jacob!

Waited almost a hour for our food, while the employees were in the back goofing off and talking, then waited at the counter for about another ten minutes and acted like they didn’t see us. Then finally helped us after we had been waiting for almost a hour and asked if we had already been helped. Then we told them we had been waiting on our food forever then they said they’d make our food for us.

Taco Bell—total disaster! Guy at the drive through? Couldn’t hear a thing. We’re repeating ourselves over and over. Very sad! Then we get to the window—guess what? NO RICE for the Double Beef Burritos. Folks, that’s HALF the burrito, GONE! And no discount? No apology? Absolutely third-rate, folks. TERRIBLE management. No respect for the customer. Never going back—Taco Bell is failing big league!"

worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I had an order of three chips they only gave me one so I went back through the drive-through to get the other two and when I showed them the receipt they only gave me one chip bag. They also just threw all of our tacos together meat everywhere in the bag and the worker had an attitude.

Every time I go to this restaurant for a quick and easy option I am let down. Honestly it’s a joke at this point. The past 5-10 times I have went I have had a horrible experience with one singular cashier and drive through speaker. The receipt what I have says that the name is Tracy S. Each and every time I am greeted with a horrible attitude and no form of positive service. Today I went when I was in a hurry to get food for someone in my household and I. All we wanted was a crunch wrap, a quesadilla, 2 slushies, and a couple of sides. I pull off in the parking lot to check my bag to make sure everything was in there and what do I see..something is missing. My quesadilla that I know I stated when I was ordering. I take a look at my receipt and it is nowhere to be found. At that point I was so sick and frustrated by the service that I did not even go back to get my food. But, putting that aside, I also ordered a large nacho fry and I got something that looked like it came out of a kids meal. When I got my bag my cinnamon twists were all over it and I know it was not me because that bag went straight from the window to my passenger seat to the closest parking spot where I saw the mess.while I was still at the window I went to ask for sauces because she did not ask if I any and she never gave me a chance to to speak. She did not ask if I needed anything else so what was I mean to do. She would slam the window shut behind her and I did not see one smile or friendly action. I also work in the food industry and if I were that way to customers I would be fired within minutes. The management of this Taco Bell is horrid and you should not have the right to call yourself restaurant if you can’t even get everything in the bag and have employees that greet customers and enjoy the service that they are doing. I am very disappointed!

I went there for breakfast and with nobody working the drive through, decided to go in. The workers are very rude! I was told to just use the kiosk because no one wanted to "deal with ppl". After paying at the kiosk I was told they were not going to do breakfast today, only lunch... At 9:30am!! Then had trouble refunding the order they refused to make. I left with no food. Maybe don't tell someone to order from the kiosk if you are too lazy to even make the food. I like the Taco Bell in Vincennes, but this one needs new managers.
