I ordered a dbl quarter pounder with bacon fries and a mcchicken fries was cold my mcchicken was hard and my dbl quarter pounder was a single
Went thru the drive through which was the slowest ever, they just took our card and ran it. No one was in front of us so we didn’t think to make sure they had the right order. Got to the 2nd window where they handed us the wrong order but it was the order that we paid for. We tried to explain the situation but they just kept yelling saying they couldn’t take the food back. Then they went to the back and we could hear them screaming at the coworker that messed up for 10 mins....read full review
