I enjoy being greeted at a business when I walk in, especially if it's a Starbucks related coffee shop in a high end resort. However this was not the case, even though there was only one other customer in the room with me, the two attendants still found no time to say, "good morning." When I asked for a standard coffee latte, I was informed that the espresso machine was broken but if I wanted to walk all the way around the hotel to a different location they'd be happy to supply me with the cafe latte. I opted to go go for a regular coffee with room for cream. I was not offered a choice of coffee but coffee but I figured it was good in any case so no matter. I went to the condiments station to dress my coffee and was disappointed to find only creamers in the little plastic containers you find at a Loves travel stop or a Denny's... Bummer. Oh well. I still got some coffee, but truthfully it isn't much better than what I brewed in my room with the little packets. I wouldn't be such a snob about it, but we are in a high end resort and I expected better here.

Pricey but worth a stop. Glad we stopped in. Some delicious truffles and interesting stuff to look at while there.

Service is terrible. I was triple charged and they told me I needed to go my bank to fix it. So, a quick cup of coffee is now going to cost me an hour of MY time to go to my bank to fix THEIR mistake. Go only if you have time to waste later.

Everything looked so yummy!! I'm finally eating one of my truffles and it's sooooo good. I need to go back for another six pack before I leave. I got a birthday cake, wedding cake, Italian cream, carrot cake, red velvet, don't remember the last one. Whenever you're at West Baden Hotel, definitely stop in.

Picked up some chocolates and cookies for dessert this evening. A friendly and knowledgeable employee assisted us in picking out the perfect treats to snack on tonight.

I've been visiting this location for years, I love it! Always pleasant and have a few options to choose from. I personally would rather the small deli at French lick but this is nice for this location!

Bagel probably came from Jay C store. Coffee is Starbucks beans so nothing special. This is definitely the "you have no other options" option, if you can go somewhere off hotel/resort property, you'll find better breakfast and ice creams at a better price. If you're trapped, then you're trapped.

Service here was off the first morning I went here for breakfast. We were told rather bluntly that credit card processing is down and that plain bagels aren't available. Okay then... Later on that day, I stopped by for a coffee closer to closing and the employee working there was very helpful. The cafe like place here doesn't seem to have as good of a selection of prepared foods/baked goods as the similar store in French Lick. But hey, it is good in a pinch and you don't have to tip like at a sit-down restaurant. (You still should leave a buck or two though).

cute place nice people. However ordered a Starbucks mocha and received a hot chocolate. Was already gone before I noticed. obviously the clerk did not know the difference or was not paying attention. Disappointed, as paid premium for it.

Very strange service here. We stopped in last Sunday morning for a quick drink and muffin. The person working didn't know the muffin flavors or what was in the breakfast sandwiches. I ordered a tall chai and she couldn't remember what size a "tall" was, even though it was listed on the board, and then couldn't find the recipe for a hot chai, so she said it would have to be iced. She fumbled with the cash register for a long time to ring up our order and mentioned, "This is what happens when you let people go on breaks." Not a fan. Hope this isn't the usual service here.
