I stopped in close to closing after a long day and Ava, Elizabeth and Cohen were all super amazing and nice! The restaurant was clean, they were not in a rush to get us out yet they were timely. I will definitely be stopping by again soon.

Went in at 720 to get donuts for my daughter's.... they put everything away and would not serve us any donuts.... you close at 8.... correct??? Terrible customer service.

The crew is always so welcoming. I enjoy visiting this location when I'm out this way.
If it was possible to give negative stars, I absolutely would. This had to be one of the worst visits yet. I come here frequently because it’s on my way to work. Typically the service is 50/50. Either horrible or good. No in between. Today, had to of been the worse. One of the workers at the window clearly does not care about having manners. She asked if the drink had caramel which was correct, then handed it to me with no caramel and whip cream. On top of that, I asked for no whip cream when ordering and to her at the window. When I confirmed that I wanted caramel, and politely corrected her and told her no whip cream she didn’t say anything, didn’t acknowledge it, she turned away looked at the whip cream on the drink and muttered, “perfect” under her breath. Mistakes happen, completely understandable, but to act this way about a mistake is a bad look for Dunkin. I got my drink with whip cream still. Not a fix. Dunkin, seriously consider your workers.

we just stopped in for a quick lil pick me up (sunday morning 9:15ish)…. You ladies (sorry if any men working i didnt see) were absolutely killing it 👏🏻 had on all the good throwbacks, i tried the chipotle hashbrowns and they were actually crispy and so good. My boyfriend stops at this dunkin’ every time he comes through (often) and says it always hits. Keep up the good work! Youre doing something better than the dunkin’s in Indy 🙂🙂🙂

This location is terrible the whole order was wrong through drive thru and had to go inside to try to get it fixed , donuts were hard and the wait was very long and they weren't even busy. Just go elsewhere.

There has to be a better way when you're waiting for your order. People standing all over the place. Drinks and food sitting all over the counter with no organization. I just don't understand why you do things the way you do it. People were grabbing other people's orders and walking out, so multiple drinks were having to be made again for the customer that didn't realize that someone else grabbed theirs. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
