Went into store, I had 5 orders! Elizabeth was very slow. If I asked questions about how the sandwich was make her attitude was very rude. She also started putting sandwiches in a big bag, I ask in a very kind manor to please put them in individual bags so I could put the change in them for the person that the order was from. She took the large bag and wadded it up and through it in the trash in a very hateful manner. How was I to carry 5 sandwiches with out a large bag? I ask for a large bag and she handed it to me, again in a hateful manner. She needs to know how to work with the public. As long as Elizabeth is working there I won’t b back.

Orders on the app , which we usually do. Overall they do pretty good but always have to remind them which I note in the note section of the the order on the app to please toast my little ones sub sandwhich . Please make sure your reading the notes area of the orders . The only reason you’re getting a lower rating and having to try and call 50 times for no one to pick up and kindly remind them that people do write on the notes area on the app.

Was told to sit in the drive thru for awhile or come inside that I would be waiting awhile. I chose to leave the over priced and horrible service restaurant
Ordered online and my order was completely wrong when I picked it up. My sub was cold when I asked for it toasted. My pretzel was cold and hard. And I paid $19 for those two things. Completely disappointed.
