So I drive a truck for living and I stopped at loves to get fuel and thought I may as well get lunch while I'm at it. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and 3 pc tender they had it made pretty quick and was very nice but when I got out to the truck the tenders was real dark looked burnt so I took em back in and the assistant manager when I showed em to her she said it was cuz the oil in the fryer that's all she said so to me I took it as it's old oil that hadn't been changed which is even worse if that's the case I told her I wasn't eating those like that I'd just take my money back then again she was very nice and said she had to get her manager cuz she didn't know how to refund I understand and was patient but then the manager come out and said it was cuz the breading on the tenders which I've never seen Arby's tenders that dark but they get em froze do that didn't make sense at all but they gave me my money back and I left just becareful eating there chicken or anything deep fried apparently they don't change their oil out much

The help is terrible. One person did not seem to understand English very well. The second became very argumentative to the point that I walked out.
Paid 68.00 crazy price had to go back to get missing items get home my grand daughter who's 19 ate part of her sandwich it was a hamburger deluxe. She said it was nasty I look at it and it was raw on the inside tryed calling up there phone disconnected. So I'm on my way back there. Straight up bullshit if the people can't cook get off of the grill I will be reporting to corp and I will be calling health dept first thing in the morning sad that they can't even keep the phone lines going with them prices they should have multiple phone lines im so mad

Got sausage,egg,cheese wrap. It was 3 inches long, No potato cake and most definitely not what I'm used too. Pathetic for $4.69. To top it off extremely slow considering I was the only one there.
