Got sausage,egg,cheese wrap. It was 3 inches long, No potato cake and most definitely not what I'm used too. Pathetic for $4.69. To top it off extremely slow considering I was the only one there.

At a glance it's a run of the mills regular arbys but this place is truly a marvel. How on gods green earth did these people manage to give me food poisoning via French fries. An hour a ND a half down the road rn trying to not get stabbed in a circle k bathroom i barely made it to because again, this arbys managed to give me food poisoning THROUGH FRIES

I came in this morning got 4 roast beef gyros for me and coworkers , the Bread wasn’t toasted all 4 gyros were missing purple Onion . The bread just Split down the middle very disappointed. The French fries were from over night . Very unsatisfied for the money I spent won’t be back at this location.

Stop in here pretty regularly, and these employees have a lot of attitudes and don't know how to leave their personal problems at the door. Today, the lady running the drive thru had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude, almost yelling at us. Another employee, when we complained, said it was because she was by herself, which obviously isn't true if we are talking to a 2nd employee. Either way, it is not the customers fault that the company doesn't have enough employees. She was trying to get us to change our order so she didn't have to cook anything, and the food we did get was overcooked, and the roast beef tasted burned.

I ordered a sandwich but didn't mentioned what kind of fries I wanted and received curly fries and asked for crinkled fries and the young male worker asked why I didn't ask for it? Well I didn't but he should have asked me before choosing my fries. So please ask for fries before they give you

I came in around 4 pm on January 18th and tried to order a sandwich but requested it as a wrap instead. The guy told me they couldn't do that because it was a sandwich. I've done this in dozens of Arbys all over the country. Including 2 days earlier at a different Arbys. I just walked out as obviously, they didn't want my business.

Had the Brisket roastbeef sandwhich. My response to the brisket , probably like most Texans was , Meh I make it better. On the other hand i have always loved their roast beef and the cheese and buns are also what you expect from Arby's.The sandwich, on the other hand not so much. The roast beef overwhelms the brisket and the cheese in the few bites i got all 3 did not help.Would of been a good brisket or roast beef sandwich but combining both is a hard pass in the future.

We pulled up and they said it would be 5 to 10 minutes because of a shift change. We set at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and then the lady rudely took our order. After we paid, the order wasn't right and when we ask for the manager's number, she just yelled to the back, hey they want a manager." We tried calling to get a Gm number, but they never answered the phone. I would avoid this Arby's if you can.

Ordered a 6piece kids meal, got only 3 hard stale nuggets. No sauce, fries were also old, and the sprite was completely flat. 3rd trip in a row like this. Phones disconnected.
