Store counter was not busy when we went in (around 6:00 p.m.) but the drive through was. We were patient. It took over five minutes just to get acknowledged. We finally order and my Whopper was not correct. I just kept it and ate it. This is not the first time we had this kind of experience at this location. I hate leaving negative reviews, but, this location needs help.

Spent about $26 on 2 whopper meals. As quick as we took the first bite they went to the trash. They were terrible and cold. The onion rings were so soggy and smashed. Considering it was right at 11 am we figured everything would be fresh. It’s not even worth asking for a refund. Just a great reminder why we don’t frequent these kind of establishments much. We won’t be back.

My family and I live very close to this location, and continuously receive 100% satisfaction. They are always fast, and always fresh when we go. A good time to visit, as per our habits, is between 6p-8p. But their breakfast is out of this world as well! So an early visit is worth a try. also!

My boy and I just went there on a Saturday at 4 pm and the doors were locked!! An employee was standing outside talking to someone in their car watching us walk up to a locked door and didn't say a word!!! Ridiculous customer service!!!
I seriously HATE going to this location if certain ones aren't working ! The employee Harvey (I believe was her name) was AWESOME! BUT the manager Becca was RUDE and snobby as hell. Someone really needs to have a sit down with how ur supposed to treat customers and their request . Seriously disappointed and almost don't want to go to that location anymore either!
