Came here for lunch on 4/16/24. 2 cars in drive thru & 1 person in front of me. Ordered take out. Got home & they gave me a completely wrong sandwich with tons of toppings that I did not want. Called & spoke with manager. All I heard was excuses that they were short staffed, busy, the delivery truck was just there, etc. People need to pay attention to the actual orders instead of just putting food in bags. Won’t be going back.

The messed up my order, ask for plain burgers, get everything on it, forget a chicken fry, and instead of making what was wrong right I have to take back the entire order, I’ve worked fast food and know it’s not difficult, but yet that’s all they made this, would rather drive out of my way to the Franklin or Smith Valley one than deal with this again

Terrible. Each time I go they give me the exact opposite of what I ordered. Ordered big breakfast burrito they gave me a jr. Went back just to think that was just the morning crew. A few days later got chicken wraps. I ordered two spicy wraps and got plain chicken wraps with nothing in it. By far one of the worse serviced restaurants I been to. Too many mess ups and when you ask for the general managers number to make a complaint they refuse to give it. Won't ever go back and suggest others to do so.

I came to BK today to apply online here at location parking lot. My friend Maynard works there and is trying to see if I can get hired.Parking: Parking lot looks clean and well kept. No trash or debris seen.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessibility. A walk-up roll ramp.
