I'm hoping I can share the picture of the bacon that they put on my sandwich. They took it straight out of the refrigerator and put it on my sandwich.I'm pretty sure it needs to be cooked first

Well I took advantage of a 50% off coupon on my app. The signature double I ordered was made with kids cheeseburger meat which is about 50% less meat. The large onion ring I ordered was barely half full. The large blizzard I ordered barely had any ingredients. This location has went to the dumpster on quality. Very typical of these type of new owners. The entire area is businesses are going down the dumps due to the same practices. Taking advantage of the customers. Pay attention to your orders, folks. Pay attention to how much you’re charged. I used to frequent this location 3–5 times per week but I will simply have to skip it from now on.

Best Dairy Queen I’ve been to. Blizzards are always made to perfection.
By far best Dairy Queen. Especially in Johnson County
Ordered the Carmel Toffee blizzard that is being advertised in the store and they don’t have it 😞

Everything fantastic a bit expensive but good
07/30/2025: I would not recommend. Yesterday was my son’s 4th birthday. My dad picked him up early from school and stopped by for an ice cream treat on the way home. When they arrived, my dad told him, “You can pick any ice cream you want—it’s your birthday!” The girl behind the counter said, “If it’s his birthday, he gets a free ice cream cone.” Then she asked for his ID.
What 4-year-old has an ID? Assuming she was joking, my dad went ahead and let him pick out a cone like they had planned. When she rang up the “free” birthday cone, my dad said, “I thought you said his was free.” She replied, “Well, he doesn’t have an ID.” That response left him stunned.
Again, we had no idea there was a birthday promotion—it was the young lady behind the counter who brought it up. He was planning to pay for the cone either way. The whole interaction was strange and disappointing. Funny enough, we had ordered a birthday cake from them for his birthday party this Saturday. We’ll be canceling that.
@DairyQueen – it’s not about the few dollars for the cone. It’s about customer service. Also, since when does the BMV hand out IDs to preschoolers- lol??!?!
**Update 07/31/2025 – I called to cancel the cake and the girl who answered (likely the same one who asked for a 4-year-old’s ID) said, “Okay, it’s cancelled, anything else?” She didn’t ask why, didn’t try to save the sale, and didn’t offer to adjust the date or design. The continued lack of customer service is honestly unbelievable.
