I encountered an issue with my order, so I called the store for assistance. The employee did not provide their name but mentioned they would issue a credit. However, they abruptly hung up on me. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store for anything at all

Made a pickup order last week. Order was wrong, but didn’t say anything. Made a delivery order today with directions to ring the doorbell. Delivered to the wrong address. Luckily our neighbor down the road was nice enough to call so I could go pick up the pizzas. Called into the store and was told “ok well” then silence. Went through the app and was offered a piddly little 20% coupon. I strongly recommend against this location, of course we won’t be using it again. There are way too many pizza joints around to have deal with service like this. Congratulations Dominos you officially suck worse than modern day Pizza Hut.

food is good no doubt but I am pure vegetarian. They cut cheese and vegetarian pizza with same pizza cutter which they use for other meat pizza so I have to order uncut pizza to avoid meat contamination

Last Saturday we ordered pizza and an hour later called to cancel as the order didn't move past Quality Check in the app. We wanted to give this store another chance so we ordered again today. Over an hour and 10 minutes later the pizza was delivered and was lukewarm. This is the last time we'll order from this store in Whiteland.

Pizza left the location 45 minutes after ordering. 30 minutes later still didnt have the pizza. Jorge the driver passed our drive way about 7 times kept doing circles and we dont have any neighbors for miles. So I didnt want to accept cold pizzas. Try another location

Ordered my food over and hour ago. Still hasn’t gotten delivered. When I called to check on my order all they had to say was umm yea it just left sorry we are short staffed… then why not update your tracker to reflect the long wait time!

Took an hour and 45 min to deliver. Had to put my food in the oven to warm it up. Said delivered when it wasn't. I would recommend another pizza place or another Domino's location. Will not order again from Whiteland!

If I could give this place to zero Stars I would, because the person who delivered our pizza didn't get our room number at the hotel we were staying at and instead of trying to call me they threw the pizza on the ground and left it at the front office. They were extremely rude when we called they said that they tried to call us but they did not and told us they couldn't help us. And there is a witness to all of us which is the housekeeper.
We eat pizza from here at least once a week. They always get our order correct and it’s fast. They are friendly and the pizza tastes great. We’ve never been disappointed. At least 50 plus orders without any issues.

I ordered two pizzas.one meatzilla. The other deluxe no Italian sausage no ham add jalapeños. One was not to have any itialian sausage. I can’t stand the stuff. I have a 6 year old who is not able to eat two whole pieces. I asked both be cut in squares. They orginally sent both pizzas with Italian sausage. And cut in triangle pieces. I called the store back and explained and asked for a redelivery. Of pizza that was not supposed to have Italian sausage. They just sent a third pizza with Italian sausage so everybody in my house got fed not me and none of the pieces were cut right so we had to waste extra as well. they cannot read at this location or follow simple instructions. Threw two pizzas away. Driver was police and nice.

I have ordered here for years, and there has literally only been one time where my pizza came not as ordered. What is great pizza place if you’re looking for something quick simple and easy
Dietary restrictions: A gluten-free crust is actually very good. At least that’s what my wife says. I still don’t have the courage to try it lol
Didn't have toppings to make my order. Had to go with something else. Domino's used to have the best pizza back the 80s. Don't know why it has changed. It has so much spices changing the flavor and you can't taste the cheese or pepperoni. It was really awful. Don't know if I will get pizza from them again.

Things have really gone down hill since that new manager came in. He talked my ear off the first day he introduced himself to me about how he's going to make the store better, but now I'm seeing bugs on the food station ?. I have also heard him swear at customers and at each other. Very unprofessional. I will NOT be back.
