Waited forever for curbside and was forced to go to drive through after no one came out with order. Always issues with this location when I come. Either out of something or service has some sort of issue.

The place is barren no atmosphere at all. The people are not friendly and the fries were super old. Cold, gummy and no salt. The burger wasn’t even warm. Not going back.

This is the most ridiculous McDonald's in the USA. they are PHYSICALLY in the central time zone, but they go by the EASTERN time zone up the road... meaning if you plan on getting breakfast, you better be more than an hour earlier. Food 1 star because i wanted breakfast. Service 1 star because the owner or whoever created this policy is just stupid. If you read this review, would you please give me a thumbs up 👍? Thanks!
Customer service definitely has to be the worst in Indiana I have seen. Especially the girl at drive through. I do believe that customer service shows how you operate your business. If your employees don’t care they sure not about to care about the quality of food. The food was a 3/10 everything could. I would stay away from this one

First time tasting the Big Mac chicken sandwich. The chicken wasn't fresh. Seems like the chicken was left under the heating element. Also I had to ask for fresh fries. Service could have been better.
