Arrived at this Burger King at 12/19/24. 9 PM. There was nobody in line. I ordered a whopper combo everything on it except for cheese. I said make it a large, no salt on the fries. They gave me a whopper with cheese, a medium fry with salt on it. I don’t see why people get hired, and they can’t do their job, right. If people don’t like their job, they need to go work somewhere else, “stop applying for jobs and not doing what you’re supposed to do”. Burger King didn’t hold out a sign and said “please applyhere”.” You” applied for the job and filled out the application, so do it right.

BK generally has the best breakfast for a fast food restaurant, but the eggs were extra fluffy and overly salty. 3* when it should've been 5* At least this BK wasn't local.
Went through the drive through this morning and the woman taking orders was very rude and disrespectful when we asked a question about something not being on the screen that popped up late. When we got to the window she asked what the problem was and then said have a good day and slammed the drive through door in our face! We weren't rude to her at all!

By far one of the cleanest burger kings Ive been too food is always hot upon order and the staff does a great job maintaining the store Karla the store manager is always helpful and does a great job keeping her crew and customers satisfied!!

I’ve gone to this Burger King multiple times and it’s always a terrible experience. It’s always understaffed. Employees are rude and behave like they don’t want to be there. They won’t help with anything or any issues. Drive through line takes so long most of the time that you won’t want to wait for your food, this has happened multiple times. Avoid it, go to Chic-fil-a across the street, or even McDonalds that’s just right down the street.
Update 6/19/24: service is absolutely terrible and you should never go there. A bad review was left directly through Burger King and the manager asked my friend picking up the order if they were me, who left a bad review. Completely unprofessional, this behavior is childlike and immature. How is one to know food isn’t tampered with? What if it was me that was there? What would you have done? Lose your job because you wanted to be even more unprofessional.
Got a bacon burger from here today, and it was so small! Shrinkflation is real ig!

So the Whopper Wed deal for an impossible whopper is pretty good. But the fact that there is no discount towards Impossible whoppers on the receipt survey is ridiculous. Almost as ridiculous as charging me for Zesty sauce even though I didn't get any ketchup for my fries. I didn't think you could get more petty than charging extra for the cheese on your sandwiches. Less and less the King.
