Hello, I am writing to share feedback regarding our drive-thru experience at your Burger King location, Store #12321, on February 1, 2026, at approximately 1:33 PM. I would like to start with the positive. When placing our order at the drive-thru speaker, we were greeted by an extremely polite, well-mannered young man. His tone, patience, and friendliness truly stood out. As I pulled up to the first window to pay, I asked if he was the person I had spoken to on the microphone, and he confirmed that he was. I made sure to tell him how much I appreciated his politeness. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but I believe he had a tattoo on his arm that said “Shamika.” His professionalism and kindness were refreshing and made a wonderful first impression. Unfortunately, the experience declined at the second window. The employee there was not very friendly—there was no greeting or smile, and the interaction felt very indifferent. Additionally, our food order was incorrect and incomplete: We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce only, but received an original chicken sandwich loaded with all toppings. The receipt clearly states “lettuce only.” There was no marinara sauce included for the mozzarella sticks. The kids meal contained only three nuggets, which seemed unusual. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I am not placing blame solely on the employee at the window. However, accuracy and consistency are important, especially when the order details were clearly printed on the receipt. I wanted to take the time to share both the excellent service we received from the first employee and the areas that could use improvement, as experiences like these truly impact customers. I went through the drive-thru quite quickly; they took my order without any delay, and the line was short. By the time I reached the window, my food was ready. I only had to wait for less than a minute for my meal. The food quality is good, though I wouldn't call it perfect. The whopper meat seemed slightly overcooked, resulting in a bit of dryness. However, the entire whopper was enjoyable. The fries could use a little less salt, but they were hot. And the coke was, of course, no issue. They are definitely hard workers, ensuring they stay on top of orders. I would rate this place with the food quality 3.8 out 5.

Idk what it is about this burger king but everytime i order they never put ketchup in the bag. It drives me crazy because on doordash there’s no where to indicate that the customer wants ketchup. If i order fries or hashbrowns it should be automatically included. One specific time I accidentally received someone else's order they had a hand full of ketchups in their bag I ended up reordering mine only 5 mins after receiving the wrong one, got my correct order with no ketchups or syrup. Maybe its just a me thing idk but its super annoying!

Better Burger King than most.Nice high counter,nice seating and great service and great prices.I always order Impossible Whopper patty well done.Just wish it was in pancake box so I would not have to recycle huge plastic container.

Hood place for the road or on the go. They make a mistake on my coffee size, and they correct it fast. For that thanks a lot.
