We were doing our best to make good time on our 14 hour drive (we had just driven for 5 hours), so we placed a mobile order and headed to the drive-through. Right away, the drive-through was all backed-up with cars- in both lanes. When we finally got within 2 cars of the window area, a worker walked back to us and handed us our food… but we couldn’t leave because the cars in front of us were still there. We sat this way for 10 more minutes before they gave instructions to the first car to pull up and out of the way. No apologies, no courtesy card… no explanation as to why we were kept as hostages in the drive through line.

This was the most poorly run drive through I have ever experienced from the excellence of Chic-fil-A. I’m thankful that this is not the norm as a company policy!

This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. The food is consistently bad. The drive thru is so bad especially the mobile thru line. The last 2 times I’ve been in the mobile thru the app has failed to scan properly and at no fault to me. If you have to go inside for help expect no help and to wait forever

I had a disappointing experience at the Chick-fil-A in Whitestown. I was stuck in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, which felt excessive for a fast-food restaurant. When I finally the order for my wife, the fries were cold and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. I expect better service and quality from a place known for its efficiency and hot food. This visit definitely did not meet those standards. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The new renovation sucks. Most of the booths are gone. The tables and floors are dirty. Between the loud and dirty environment, and lack of comfortable seating, I would advise against dining in.

Couple of things. I love going to coming to this restaurant. Since opening for breakfast one day I had to drive off and call to cancel my order due to them taking so long. This morning, I order on the app. 7:08am I order, 7:12 I scan the QR code, and pull up to the window. Only one at the window at this point. Then one car pulls aside me that ordered with the attendant. Two more pull behind that one. Then another pulls behind me. At this point there is a line. 7:18 they give the 3 cars aside me orders first. 4th and 5th car come up. 5th car gets their food. Starts blowing the horn multiple times. Gets out of their car and starts yelling at car 4. 7:20 they come out with car 4 food then they both drive off. 7:23 I finally get my food after placing order at 7:08. I do not get anything but a few strawberries in my yogurt. No blueberries were present at all. But photo online shows both. They forgot my fila sauce in my bag for biscuit minis. Glad I had an extra at work or it would have been a loss. I’m gonna give them one more chance, then I’m gonna have to get another breakfast place.
