I was a little apprehensive when I saw the long drive-thru line, but it moved surprisingly fast! Chick-fil-A really has their logistics down to a science. I love the personal touch of having the order brought right to the car. This location is by far the best I've been to for speed and service. Exactly what I needed!

The customer service here is the worst in town. They say Potbelly is bad. Wait till you come to our Chick-fil-A. It’s embarrassing. The staff seem constantly incompetent, losing orders consistently. Most of the staff is under age, and they act like it, ignoring customers, looking at their cell phones, laughing and talking and play hitting I get that they’re kids, but this is a job. Management Just stands there they are no help whatsoever. If I have to hear like oh my God, it’s Saturday! again while waiting for people‘s food in this restaurant while they’re not working or getting anybody’s food put together I’m gonna ring the fire alarm. maybe then I’ll get faster service then.

I’d honestly give this location five stars about a month ago, but recently there’s been a lot of mistakes with my orders. I actually come here several times a week and 2 out of the 3 times, something is wrong! Last night for example, my three piece tenders…missing. The day before…none of the sauces I requested. The time before…my drink was wrong. Or they forget straws. It makes me so sad because this Chick Fil A was my go-to. Old trusty…now I gotta sit in line and check my bags, wave a worker down…we won’t even talk about the time the girl gave the car in front of me my order. After they checked the bags they waved the girl down she took the bags, that someone else touched who knows what and walked them out to me. I asked her…did you give someone else my food and then just give it to me? She looked me in the eye and said NO. Ma’am, I saw you. Le sigh. Not sure what has happened here but I hate it.
