“Ordered by app 10 pieces of classic chicken When got home I received 5 pieces of spicy chicken, 2 fries, 2 biscuits and three pickles. Don't know what the price was for that choice because I can't find it on the online menu. Don't know if I overpaid. Didn't get what I ordered. NOT HAPPY! MAY BE DONE WITH POPEYES.“

“I have resisted going to this chain because of their business practices, but my girl does eat it so guess what, yes I went.I have to admit I liked the food and it is reasonably priced.I just wish their stance on a few things would be more reasonable and I would go there more often.

“The young men working the lunch shift today had the best customer service. I was acknowledged when I walked in the store and again at the counter. My order came quickly and I was checked on a bit later to see if everything was ok. Finished plate was picked up by staff. I noticed the same service for all customers.

“Very clean KFC (dine-in) compared to other KFCs and especially the McDonalds (so gross inside) next door. Order kiosks inside are easy to use and we have never had to wait more than 10 min for our food. I’ve see that the cashiers are usually friendly and patient especially when they’re helping older customers using traditional paper coupons. Food has always been hot and fresh with good portions (bowls). People complaining about overcooked or dry meals may be going at a bad time (long after regular eating hours). The drive-thru line looks slow and clogged whenever we’re there so we prefer to order in-store. Parking lot is a little cramped and the drive-thru exit is right at the restaurant’s entrance so be careful.“

“Let me tell you something family it's been years since I had churches chicken, I drive by this spot occasionally, I thought, let's try it again. Family, oh my word, the honey butter biscuit will make you slap somebody upside the head, you will go opps upside somebody's head. I got the gravy and drizzled it over that chicken, damn dog, I'm comatose, I got the ittis. Churches definitely have their own distinct flavors.“

“Couple of things. I love going to coming to this restaurant. Since opening for breakfast one day I had to drive off and call to cancel my order due to them taking so long. This morning, I order on the app. 7:08am I order, 7:12 I scan the QR code, and pull up to the window. Only one at the window at this point. Then one car pulls aside me that ordered with the attendant. Two more pull behind that one. Then another pulls behind me. At this point there is a line. 7:18 they give the 3 cars aside me orders first. 4th and 5th car come up. 5th car gets their food. Starts blowing the horn multiple times. Gets out of their car and starts yelling at car 4. 7:20 they come out with car 4 food then they both drive off. 7:23 I finally get my food after placing order at 7:08. I do not get anything but a few strawberries in my yogurt. No blueberries were present at all. But photo online shows both. They forgot my fila sauce in my bag for biscuit minis. Glad I had an extra at work or it would have been a loss. I’m gonna give them one more chance, then I’m gonna have to get another breakfast place.“
