Disappointed! Have been to this restaurant multiple times since they brought back my favorite, the delicious diva, and they have been out every time and won’t make more even if I buy it all.

Love the variety of chicken salads, and it always tastes so fresh. The grape salad is amazing!

I just went thru the drive thru and ordered a Fancy Nancy on croissant and broccoli salad. Very disappointing. I had to throw away the croissant bc it was so hard and my sandwich had hardly any chicken salad on it. This was my first time and it was very disappointing.

They are always out of the chicken salad that I love. I have been there twice at different times of the day and they have informed me that they are out of that item for the day. I can’t fathom how they can’t just make more to accommodate the demand. It is poor customer service and makes me never want to go

The food is good, but the hours are ridiculous. A restaurant that closes at 6:00PM? This location won't be open for long.

Ordered online and when I arrived I wasn’t acknowledged by the staff, even though I was the only customer there. They were out of the main items for my order… no notification. I just showed up and there was nothing there for me. I decided just to cancel my order. Seems like more owner presence/more experienced/better trained employees would help.

I have now dined in and carried out (online order picked up via drive thru) at this location. It is one of the few "fast food" places you can go and actually get value for your money. Chicken salad, soup, and a side was less than $13 ! And, you don't have to feel guilty about it because it's a tad healthier than other options. It's always delicious. I'm a fan.

Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten intolerance and when I mentioned that, they asked if I wanted to leave off the crackers and cookies. It seems obvious, but so many places will still serve you crackers/breads after saying you're gluten free. The special attention to my needs is appreciated !
