I just went thru the drive thru and ordered a Fancy Nancy on croissant and broccoli salad. Very disappointing. I had to throw away the croissant bc it was so hard and my sandwich had hardly any chicken salad on it. This was my first time and it was very disappointing.

They are always out of the chicken salad that I love. I have been there twice at different times of the day and they have informed me that they are out of that item for the day. I can’t fathom how they can’t just make more to accommodate the demand. It is poor customer service and makes me never want to go

Ordered online and when I arrived I wasn’t acknowledged by the staff, even though I was the only customer there. They were out of the main items for my order… no notification. I just showed up and there was nothing there for me. I decided just to cancel my order. Seems like more owner presence/more experienced/better trained employees would help.

I have now dined in and carried out (online order picked up via drive thru) at this location. It is one of the few "fast food" places you can go and actually get value for your money. Chicken salad, soup, and a side was less than $13 ! And, you don't have to feel guilty about it because it's a tad healthier than other options. It's always delicious. I'm a fan.Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten intolerance and when I mentioned that, they asked if I wanted to leave off the crackers and cookies. It seems obvious, but so many places will still serve you crackers/breads after saying you're gluten free. The special attention to my needs is appreciated !

When this location first opened it was run so nice. An older couple was here all the time making sure things ran smoothly. Now it has gone down hill quickly. The hours constantly change and they’re incorrect on Google. This place is filthy. We had to clean our own table which had not been cleaned clearly for several sittings. They are out of both salads that I order, broccoli salad, pasta salad, and strawberry lemonade so that was disappointing. I’m not sure if they sold it to someone else, or they just checked out and are letting it go because they can’t find employees…. But this location is sadly failing. I’ll drive all the way to Carmel to get my chicken salad chick from now on. I will say… the food was still very good when we finally got it.

The worst part about this location is that it's so close to my work, I frequent for my lunch all the time! There's been more than once that it's been lunch and dinner. Love every one of the salads and the pimento cheese is also amazing. The grape salad is delicious, too.

While the menu is somewhat limited -- the focus is chicken salad, if the name didn't provide enough of a clue -- the sandwiches are tasty. Plus, the pickle spear and cookie are nice additions to help complete your meal.
Excellent Chicken salad, but the bread was amazing! Broccoli salad was fantastic and next to my mom's the best store bought I've had Pasta salad was good, very herbie if that's a word, but good. Macaroni and cheese was really good as well.
