Love Cracker Barrel! When your in the mood for some comfort food 😋

We absolutely love this Cracker Barrel location (Naperville, IL.) We utilize the Waitlist feature and it is pretty accurate. On this particular occasion, our server's name was Tiffany. She was fantastic. Very attentive and checked in on us appropriately... on one of their busiest days of the year (Father's Day.) This location also has awesome selections in their country store. We will be back!

Food was very good.

Always an enjoyable experience when gathering with family and friends in a comfortable atmosphere with reasonably priced menu. Down home comfort foods for both children and adults.

Last time we went they were out of meatloaf. This time after 10 minutes after we ordered they said it would be another 15 minutes for the chicken I ordered. I ordered something else as we were traveling and didn’t have time to sit around. Also our table was off kilter and was rocking. Not the greatest experience.

The customer service is phenomenal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience last evening. The renovated dining room is a welcomed update, and the fish dinner was especially delicious. I had been disappointed since the haddock dinner was removed quite some time ago, and the Friday fish dinner was even better. The breading was light and tasty. Our server was friendly and very efficient. A+

Turkey & dressing - how can you mess this simple dinner up?? Food taste was awful. Plate presentation looked like a three year old did it. Wife didn’t finish. Service was great. Corn muffins were so hard (can you say hockey puck?) that server took them back. Food quality has been poor last 3 times. I think we’re done here now. Not the Cracker Barrel we used to enjoy. No longer “just like home cooked”. I don’t think anyone in the kitchen cares anymore.

Parking: Can’t park anywhere near front door without handicap plates. Older people who don’t qualify for handicap plates and have difficulty walking are just out of luck. Restaurant wasn’t even busy.

Host got us right in. We had been traveling it was good to get the kids in quick they needed it. Chicken friend chicken was great almost too hot :) Kids ate everything. Kids Mac and cheese and chicken tenders. Cashier was very friendly and were able to get back on the road with full bellies very quickly.

Food came out only Luke warm, hash brown casserole was not cooked all the through potatoes were raw. Place was not very busy so you would think the food could have been hot and cooked all the way through. Fried apples so very mushy, and sauce was dried out like they have way over cooked.

Great server. The shopping area needs some improvement, though. Not enough Christmas merchandise!
