Stopped on the way through town. Food was good, but our server was next level…super personable, fast, and funny! I wish there were people like her in every restaurant.

Has eggs and biscuits w/gravy and was not impressed as I could taste the flour more than the spice. The rest was great.

As a longtime Cracker Barrel patron, I have been nothing but disappointed. I have visited multiple locations across the country, and it appears that with the new paint jobs and attempts at rebranding, the company has forgotten how to prepare quality food. Each visit feels like a failed effort at revitalization rather than an improvement.
During a recent visit for a quick dinner, I ordered the chicken-fried chicken, a dish historically known for good portions and value. Unfortunately, the meal was particularly unpleasant. The chicken consisted mostly of batter, the green beans were overcooked and full of stems, and the corn was lukewarm and flavorless, requiring salt and butter to be even marginally enjoyable. Two biscuits were provided, both extremely hard—adding butter and honey did not make them palatable enough to finish even half of one.
Service issues compounded the experience. Coffee refills were sparse; despite multiple requests, I received only one refill after approximately 20 minutes. The first set of silverware had large watermarks that did not appear to be from standard cleaning. The server seemed new, as a manager began closely shadowing her midway through the meal. Even so, response times for requests consistently exceeded five minutes.
There were only five tables occupied in the entire restaurant. While I typically offer grace during busy periods, this clearly was not the case. Overall, this experience reflects a failing business model, poor management, and what feels like the beginning of the end of the Cracker Barrel many customers once knew

The waitress was not very friendly at all. They were not busy so she wasn't overwhelmed with customers. We ask for a refill on coffee and if looks could kill we would have been dead. But she sure was in a hurry to give us the check so we could leave

Food was ok the service was good but they charged my wife individual price for the entre plus mash potatoes and she wasn't happy with it so my wife recommended not to go back to this Cracker Barrel and we like it but I've noticed that not all Cracker Barrel are the same.
