Very nice place to eat. Not a very nice place to eat. Miss the old tools. The type my grandfather had to use. Miss the old country setting. The food guilty is way down. Most likely will be a long time before I go back.

Have been sitting in this place for almost an hour and a half. It is not packed. Every glass on the table is empty, no food has come out, and the manager just keeps telling people to call customer servicd, and when you do they say to chat on the website, and the people on chat say they cannot help you. Awful

This is the one place I can go to get breakfast for my dinner, if I choose. I was seated by Charles, who was very friendly, and told me they have a deal going where you can take home a meat and starch dinner for five dollars. Quite a deal. Anyway, Elliot waited on me and he was very efficient and also friendly. The food was really good, just as I had ordered, and as I was finishing, Charles stopped by to do a little upsell on the take-home meals. He and Elliot showed me the four options, and I actually got the meatloaf with mashed potatoes, although I switched to meatloaf and macaroni and cheese at no extra cost, and the grilled chicken and macaroni and cheese. I Look forward to trying them at home! Thank you, Charles and Elliot!

We were there early evening. Not crowded at all. Took a while to get our meal. We ordered breakfast food. Scrambled eggs were half cooked and cold. Bacon was under cooked. My granddaughters over easy eggs were under cooked. Hash brown casserole was cold and had hard pieces in it. Pancakes were good. Improve the speed receiving orders and food should be hot for the amount of time waiting.

Love Cracker Barrel! When your in the mood for some comfort food 😋

We absolutely love this Cracker Barrel location (Naperville, IL.) We utilize the Waitlist feature and it is pretty accurate. On this particular occasion, our server's name was Tiffany. She was fantastic. Very attentive and checked in on us appropriately... on one of their busiest days of the year (Father's Day.) This location also has awesome selections in their country store. We will be back!

Food was very good.

Always an enjoyable experience when gathering with family and friends in a comfortable atmosphere with reasonably priced menu. Down home comfort foods for both children and adults.

Last time we went they were out of meatloaf. This time after 10 minutes after we ordered they said it would be another 15 minutes for the chicken I ordered. I ordered something else as we were traveling and didn’t have time to sit around. Also our table was off kilter and was rocking. Not the greatest experience.

The customer service is phenomenal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience last evening. The renovated dining room is a welcomed update, and the fish dinner was especially delicious. I had been disappointed since the haddock dinner was removed quite some time ago, and the Friday fish dinner was even better. The breading was light and tasty. Our server was friendly and very efficient. A+
