I visited Culver's today, and the service was quite prompt from the moment I placed my order until I received my meal. It took approximately 7 minutes in total from my arrival to when I got my food. The Deluxe Burger was enjoyable. It wasn't freshly made, but it was warm enough and not cold. The same goes for the fries and chicken strips I ordered; they were likely pre-prepared for the lunch rush, but the place wasn't too busy. Overall, everything was satisfactory considering the price I paid. I have no complaints about the service or the staff members. The ground was a bit messy, but I can't say it was dirty. I would give their food a rating of 3.8 out of 5 and the service an 3.8 out of 5. So, if you're passing by, I recommend stopping in for a bite to eat.

Another great visit to Culver’s. If you haven't tried the Strawberry and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup combo in a Concrete Mixer, you’re missing out! The fries were hot and fresh (with a hint of onion ring flavor that I actually really enjoyed). Consistent quality and friendly service as always.

Waited 20 mins just to get fries and cheese curds. When asked to cancel the order, none of the staff member showed any concern. And aked twice on the status and was told it's coming. Rediculous service and they only cared about filling large orders.
The staff here is not that good they are just standing around. It shouldn't take 15 mins for fries and cheese curds

Very disappointed for a Culvers. Very weak on condiments added to tenderloin and no coffee creamer in the place. What's with that?? It's the little things added up that gives good customer ratings. This one needs management attention. Won't return.

It’s fast food and I don’t have high expectations beyond transactional dialogue and maybe a smile, but these employees don’t seem to be able to bring even that. Food is consistently good though.

Made a stop in my travels to this location. What a pleasant surprise. Ethan deserves a raise, the food was absolutely phenomenal. I had the butterburger combo and couldn't have been happier. Management team, make sure Ethan gets what he clearly has earned. Top notch location.
