We’ve been very disappointed with the quality on Sunday nights. We ordered tonight and once again (3rd time) the last 2/3rds of the cement mixer is nothing but ice cream. The hamburgers were phenomenal as always but I’m not sure we can justify purchasing cement mixers when we can get the same thing for less at the grocery store!

Why
Through drive thru orders a GF cheeseburger the person taking the order did write GF but it came made with gluten bun attached. As this was drive thru time did not allow us to get another. Terrible experience especially for those that could die from gluten.
Dietary restrictions: Culver’s can make a GF burger but this location can not.

Horrible customer service. Ordered two concrete mixers through the drive thru and was told to pull up and around. Food was brought to everyone in front of us and behind us. We went in to inquire. The two mixers we ordered were already made and in a cooler but no one had brought them out to us. Horrible customer service - the girl who helped me just glared at me and didn’t say a word to me or apologize for the wait.

Slow service. Butter burgers tasted different (not as good) than any other Culver’s we have been to in central Indiana. Tables were dirty also. A 2 scoop Sunday looks like it’s for a little child. So small.

ONCE AGAIN they screwed up the order. How hard is it to simply add onion rings and a coke to an order? What’s worse is that I clarified TWICE at the window and they still screwed it up. Having high schoolers work there is fine but you need a grown up watching over their work because it’s a consistent pattern of screwups.

Wheelchair accessibility: The Culvers does not have automated doors, nor does it have the handicap door accessibility. I had a hard time when I visited with my grandmother, she uses a walker. I had to open the outer door for her, shimmy around her in the vestibule, and then open the inner doors for her. This would be impossible if she was by herself as she does not have the strength to open the door, hold it open, and maneuver her walker inside at the same time. These were the doors directly across from the handicap parking.

Waited over 40 mins in the drive thru to get one meal. The gentlemen brought the food out to me. The cheese curds are frozen and that’s why it took so long. I told him how long I was waiting and he laughed.
Excellent grilled chicken; very moist. The store was spotless! Service was a little slow, but accurate.

This was a quick stop during a long driving trip I was on. I was served quickly, the food came to me hot and tasty, although a bit hastily thrown together. I had a raspberry shake with it. My favorite combo from Culver's!
