I've been here numerous times. Over the past 2 years. I left a decent review before but I've decided to let everyone know the quality of those place in the service and food have been going downhill for the last few months. We've been sat and waited 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were there. The serive has been poor to say the least. No one come to refill drinks even though the place is empty. Last night I went 1/3/26 they have lost their liquor liscence and can't sell it anymore. The whole bar is shut down. We ordered an appetizer of edamame that was served after our main dish it was cold and covered in far to much salt. We got one sushi roll and waited 10 min fpr the next one even though we ordered them together. Unfortunately we've started looking for another sushi place because this one is failing quickly.

The food is ALWAYS great. The true reason I wanted to leave this review was because of the service. The staff at Harmony are fantastic and provide exceptional experience from top to bottom. They are so welcoming and helpful, always smiling and sincere. My family had Christmas dinner here and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great time and were happy. Thank you all so much.

They literally forgot to make my food, then brought me a wrong dish with shrimp (i’m allergic). They didn't make it right and I'll never go back.

We've stopped at Harmony Steakhouse twice now (once for Hibachi and once for sushi) and received friendly service both times. We were able to get seated quickly by opting for the dining room one time and the sushi bar the 2nd time. They have huge, delicious sushi rolls. We have tried Monster, Spiderman, Seattle, Rainbow, and Everything Tuna so far. Note the notice on the front door that explains how to open the entry doors one set at a time. There is a strong suction and it takes a little muscle. It was freezing outside when we went, so I imagine that helped keep the cold air outside and not drafting through the restaurant. The clean, nice-smelling, warm bathrooms were appreciated:) We'll be back when we're in the area.

Besides the failed singer that couldn’t be successful as a musician, so he had to come and be a hibachi chef. Called me ugly and He’s so loud just screaming the entire time! But the SERVICE and FOOD; 1.5+hours waiting for the food to just get started, you can hear a really high pitched constant squeal. On at least a 5k bill, the service terrible to say the least! We were in there from 1-4pm and my water was refilled 1 time. And I was one of the lucky ones with that. The cocktails also barely have any alcohol in it. You can get better hibachi from an all you can eat buffet…

But if you’re looking for something intolerable like this, more power to you!
