They gave my food to someone else, that person brought it back to the counter after having it for 5 mins. I asked them to remake it because im not going to eat food that someone else has touched. The woman up front tried to get me to take it anyway, then the chef came up and did the same. Chef said he would remake it. Got my food 4 mins later. I immediately open up the (supposedly) fresh cooked chicken in my car. Its all soggy. 90% surr that they just took the same bowl back and made me wait to get it again. I will not be coming back.

They take long as hell. Waited 30 minutes for one drink and when they gave it to me it tasted watered down and nasty. Don’t waste your money here if you’re looking for boba.

First off, the staff, atmosphere, and overall vibe is a mood, love this place!

Stopped in because we seen the Hawaiian bbq. We lived in Hawaii for 4 yrs and we have missed the food. Brought back those memories. So glad we stopped in, it was a little wait but completely worth the stop. Youngest loved his favorite bobba drink.

Absolutely loved Harmony Tea Shoppe in Whitestown! I customized my own white tea with lychee flavor and lychee boba, it was super refreshing and tasted amazing. Definitely coming back!

The tea was good, and the family loved it. Lots of choices.

Being from Maui, boba tea and a plate lunch go hand and hand. Everything was great, had a Kiwi Blended with Strawberry Poppers and Lychee Jelly. Ordered the Chicken Katsu and it was all good, even the broccoli had flavor! They even have Poki Bowls.

Got a milk buble tea and the husband got a milkshake like drink, both were delicious 😋

The quality of the product is fine; however, they’re incredibly slow and inefficient. We came in our first time and they messed up our order and it took an incredibly long time. We assumed it was a one off and figured we’d give it another try. We came back and again, it took so incredibly long. We ordered two teas that were $16 total and it took over 20 minutes. It’s unfortunate but they need to figure out a way to expedite the process.

This place makes great tea, but they are very slow. We've been twice now, and it takes more than 20 minutes from ordering to leaving. The staff is friendly and nice, you're just in for a wait for your drinks.
