Refused to sell me 4 loaves of bread - they said they didn’t have enough bread to sell. Yet, if I were to order 8 sandwiches, I’m sure it wouldn’t have been a problem at all. I went across the street to the other sandwich shop and they happily sold me 4 loaves without an issue

Service used to be great when they use their own drivers, but they seem to mostly deliver now with Uber which is usually an hour wait and the store is 15min away and half the time the driver just leaves the food outside of some random door

Putting this location on blast for refusing to sell me 2 loaves of bread. I often use their day old bread for garlic bread and it’s a steal at $.55/loaf. When not available, they sell me fresh bread at $2/loaf. Today I was told they couldn’t do that, no explanation given, despite the fact that I have done it for years. Wasted my time sitting in the drive thru line for them to serve the people ahead of me before I could get out.

It's 3pm on a Friday and they didn't have any bread available for a sub. There was no one else in there and both bathroom doors are locked. They claimed they were occupied, but both for the 5 min we were there? Just a negative experience overall.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a JJ’s.
Worker at window said my card was declined (the card was just fine). He said sometimes our card reader doesn’t work…? Ummm ok?!?! Thankfully I had cash.
Second of all, he was extremely rude and acted like working there was just sucking the life out of him.
Thirdly, I got sick not even two hours after eating there. This store really needs some manager/owner assistance.

last time i went, i handed the teenage boy at the window a gift card and he told me it was expired. it doesnt even HAVE an expiration date. checked the card online and it has exactly the amount i put on it. literally wasted my time and money

Slow and rude. The absolute slowest jimmy johns you can find. Asked the manager why they didn’t deliver to my address around the corner and was told “I don’t have time to answer that”
