Sandwich was good. It took awhile to get the sandwich.. It was a little hard to get to the driveup from the direction that I came from.

All I can say is, gross, man. I ordered a #4. This is my standard order. Sometimes, I get it on bread, sometimes, I get an unwich. I've NEVER had someone put italian seasoning on it. EVER. This time, I ordered the sandwich, cut in half. They did manage to get that right. I asked for cucumbers. Didn't get them. The lettuce was disgusting - brown, wilted, and just unappealing. I was able to scrape it off, at least. The kids working the window were rude and disinterested, and I had to wait for 5 minutes to get my food. The girl there was spaced out, putting about a pound of chapstick on while she was staring into space. Poor service, nasty food. I won't return.

Not the best location. Consistently they serve taco lettuce wraps "unwhich". Also the last 3 times I have been here the pickles smell like jolly ranchers and perfume. They are also brown. I will update this review if it happens again and post pictures. The drive through takes 5 minutes, once you pull up. Godspeed.

There was an elderly gentleman ordering in front of me. He said it was his first time at the restaurant. Instead of being kind and helping the man figure out the menu, both the cashier and the manager on duty yelled at the man, stuck their hands in his face to get him to stop asking questions, were rude and short with him. It everyone can figure out the menu. Then it took about 10 minutes to get our food.

Four people behind counter, I walked in, seemed like they was too busy making online orders and assisting the one car in the drive through, rather than take care of someone inside. I just left.

THE THAI CHICKEN WRAP IS SO DELICIOUS!! At first, I wasn't sure I would like it and order it on a whim.. BUT NOW IM ADDICTED!! I crave one every day!!! MY FAVORITE JIMMY JOHNS SANDWICH TRY IT BEFORE IT LEAVES!!

delivery service is awful. every time i order food from this place they charge me twice and when i call about it they tell me their manager is not in but will get back to me soon. they never do. not to mention they dont ever bring me my drink. do not order delivery from here :/
I placed an order at 9:18 pm. At 9:40 pm, I still had not received my order so I called the store. The employee who answered said my order should have been delivered and that the driver just rerouted back to the store. So, I searched outside and did not see it. So, I called back at 9:50 pm and spoke with the same employee. This time, the employee said my driver must have dropped it off at the wrong house and that they were going to make a new order and send it out right away. At 10:05 pm, when the store closed at 10:00 pm, I had still not received my order so I decided to call the store and just have my order cancelled. Once again, I spoke with the same employee and was informed that my order would be cancelled and refunded back to my card. While doing so, the employee offered no explanation into what happened, did not apologize for the inconvenience, was short each time I called and seemed to be annoyed with me regarding the situation. Usually, my experiences with this location have been outstanding. Unfortunately, this time, it was extremely disappointing.

I'm never disappointed when I get Jimmy John's. The food is always on point, exactly what I want and expect. The service is above par for fast food also. I think I've tried every sandwich on the menu, and love them all, and the bread is fantastic. The best place to go if you're rushed for lunch, imo.

I was so disappointed in the Whitestown Jimmy Johns! I ordered 3 sandwiches =$35. We received our order in a timely manner. I did tip. I ordered the Ultimate Porker. It had onions, mayo,lettuce and 3 pieces of bacon. No ham! I called they apologized and said they would send our a new sandwich. They sent me 3 pieces of ham! Back to Subway!!
