It was pretty loud in the restaurant but wouldn't stop us from returning . They have good food and wonderful desserts
Food was great as always. Prime rib, twice-baked, tomato bisque, calamari and winter drink specials were all delicious. Sheila did a fantastic job as our server!
Good food and great service. It was a little louder than I anticipated - not bad, we just enjoy quieter spaces for our (typically) early mid-week dinners. It is definitely a casual bar/restaurant.
Great "locals" restaurant. Very good service, excellent food quality, reasonable pricing, casual atmosphere.
Irina is a fabulous server very personable an attentive. The food no matter what we get is always amazing. Love the ribeye, the prime rib, crab cakes, calamari....
Dined here based on apparently good reviews, however the experience was subpar, with service being the biggest disappointment. Seated in the dining room, and took over 10 minutes for a server to approach us, greet us and take our drink order. Drinks arrived in a timely fashion, however we ordered appetizers and entrees and then patiently waited. Entrees took a long time to come out and no appetizer was given. Asked the server who seemed to be confused and then went back to the kitchen to put the order in, and then brought the appetizer out after our dinner was finished with no apology and an expectation that receiving an appetizer after entrees is acceptable. Then no offer of dessert or anything else at the end of our meal and we were handed the check.
Overall, food was decent, customer service and attention to detail was terrible.

we enjoy sitting outside but although we had reservations, we were given a small table while several couples after us were given large tables. never understand this. service was slow but we were in no hurry. had to ask for small plates, parmesan, and red pepper for flat bread. food was good and we will return.
Loved the atmosphere in bar area for pre dinner drink! Sat on side patio. Food was delicious! Very good value for the price!
Enjoyed eating outside with a heater on to knock off chill in the air. We enjoyed the fish and fries, breaded tenderloin and one of the specials -short rib and mushroom ravioli. WOW!! All were fantastic. Service was also great!! Love eating here.
Was looking forward to this. Outside dining was nice. Crowded all patrons close and in front. Would have preferred to have not been on top of others. Service was good to start and prompt with drinks and ordering. Then must have been really slow in kitchen or very busy inside. Took 40 minutes for our main entrees. Good thing is was nice outside and our conversations kept us occupied. I'll assume this was a one off night

Great place all the way around. One of our favorite places to eat. We drive 40 min. And it is worth the trip.
We were a group of retired individuals that had lunch on the patio. The menu offered a nice variety of salads and sandwiches. Separate checks was not an issue either. The food was excellent and service was good. There was a minor mixup with delivering some of the lunches, and it was nice the manager took the time to apologies for the slight delay. I would recommend LA Cafe as a great spot for lunch for both small or larger groups
LA Cafe is a hidden gem! This was my first visit, and the first time I've had a steak cooked to my request in a long time. I'll be back soon!
The side patio is a lovely setting. It is off the road so it is quiet. It has some fans to keep the air moving on a hot day.
Food was excellent! Black & blue steak salad had great steak & big chunks of blue cheese, and shrimp pasta had large shrimp with lots of veggies. Great presentation- we will return!
