This is my favorite location. I accidentally ordered from a different restaurant and was in a hurry. This location communicated fast and kindly & got my order out super fast. Thanks for saving my life!!!

Went to the drive thru. They were out of most of the items from our order, baguettes, salad, bread for sandwiches. Ended up canceling the order because they couldn't fulfill it. Not the first time we have gone through and they have not been stocked.

Ordered the Tuesday special for bagels. First time at this Panera location and will not be going back. Their staff don’t know how to make bagels (see pics), which is disappointing considering “bread” is in the restaurant’s name.
Bagels were weird shapes and sizes. Some didn’t look like bagels at all. More like bread rolls. Some were skinny with a huge hole in the center. Some were fat and puffy but with no hole. The flatbread was tough and tasted stale. Bagel misfits or bagel rejects. No wonder they had a special on them.
Another issue is the bagels were thrown into a paper bag (the take-out bags with the handles) with nothing covering or separating the bagels. It looked like a bag of bagels that were being thrown away. Asiago bagels got the cinnamon topping all over them. A mess in that bag. If you plan on getting breakfast for a meeting, I would not buy from this place. You will have to dig through the mess and clean up the bagels.
Lesson learned. Avoiding this place for bagels, especially for the bagel special on Tuesdays. Staff was nice and dining area looked clean, which were this Panera’s only good things.

Nice establishment with polite staff. For awareness, the restroom music is quite loud, and for individuals with migraine with aura, noise and other sensory stimuli can be triggering.
Additionally, the high-contrast floor pattern caused visual discomfort and nausea.

Worst Panera experience of my life, it started when ordering as baguettes were not available as a side, several sandwiches were unavailable due to lack of the meat ingredients. Coffee was cold, practically at room temperature for the two selections that were available, as dark roast was empty. Upon receiving our order, the Fuji Apple salad came without apples, upon questioning staff, they had none of that ingredient either! While I pass through this area while traveling on I-65 several times a year, I will not be stopping at this location again in the future.

Had nothing I order went through 4 or 5 options and was all out of everything, then would not make breakfast items which were few things they could make . Could not get out of drive though either and sat there for 20 minutes. The three people ahead of me also got out of line because they had nothing on menu .

We just left this Panera location, and I felt compelled to leave a review because of how wonderful the staff was. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and despite it being the end of a long day, every team member was so kind, patient, and accommodating. They made us feel completely welcome, never rushed, and went out of their way to help us with our order.
It’s rare these days to see such genuine hospitality, especially so close to closing time. The food was great, but the service made the experience exceptional. Huge thank you to the team working tonight, your kindness really stood out and made our visit so pleasant!
