Someone really needs to address the music being played at this location. It is loud, obnoxious and completely ruins the atmosphere. I don't know what playlist this is but it needs to stop.

We were passing thru on our way home and decided to get some lunch to go. I ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken. As they are prepping my order they said they were out of poppyseed dressing and asked if I would like another. So I chose another. We got in the car, started driving on I 65 and I realized there was no chicken on my salad. Big disappointment! If I wasn't driving home I would have gone back.

I usually order delivery or to go from Panera Bread whitestown branch, and it happened multiple times that they didn’t have me side. Today morning I got a drive thru Mediterranean veggie with a baguette side, but they didn’t put the baguette in my bag.

Oh, to be a teen server again: "So you want a PLAIN LATTE?" LOL, I never thought of it that way before but due to food allergies, yes, that's what I always order and it's available at this store. At least they know how to keep the drive thru line moving with a few laughs!

Went Sunday am at 11. They were out of most items. We waited over a half hour in line only to be told that they sold out of two of the items while we were waiting. We missed our church service time. We asked for a full refund and got one with NO apology at all.

This place is really struggling - soda machine not working at all, out of food items, took over 20 minutes to get food, trash not picked up. Just a mess.

I ordered a piece of toast and waited at the window for 20 minutes then A different lady came to the window and asked about my order again. Keep in mind I was the only person in the drive thru for 10 of the 20 mins. When I received my food it was cold, they must of forgot about me in the drive thru.

Ordered a drink and a cookie. No one else in line, one other person in the drive-thru…took 30minutes. The employees were just standing there talking to each other?

I eat at Panera frequently, just not this location. For 3 of the 4 meals my family ordered, this location was missing ingredients for them (avocado, basil, cucumber, and cilantro). The lobby was also a mess with tables and the floor dirty.

Good Panera food. Efficient staff who tackled the order very systematically even though it was packed and amongst other customers had 2 sports teams and volunteers who came in !

My boyfriend and I stopped here before heading home. We both got the chicken avocado BLT. We sat there at the window for literally 20 minutes after paying. When we finally drove away with our sandwiches I opened them up to find them VERY sloppily put together. The bread pieces didn't match and they just slapped a chunk of uncut avocado on both of our sanwiches along with everything else clearly just thrown on and wrapped it up really messy with mayo all over the wrap. We couldn't even pick up our sandwiches without everything falling off. It is not hard to make a BLT if you are a competent human being. 20 minutes? For so little effort put into something that should be so easy. Do better. Train your employees better. You're paying them to do the job and they can't even make a sandwhich right. They obviously don't care. Don't go here if you want your moneys worth. We paid $27 for a sloppy meal. I'm not usually one to complain but this one was just too much to not complain about and warn others. They were either high or retarded....probably both. ✌?

My visit was soured a bit by the "go away" energy I felt after ordering. Lori, whom I initially engaged with to place my order was genuinely helpful nd gently polite. However, after that the service energy loses steam, at least on my visit. My order was just placed on the counter, although not specified as dine in, I was clearly present in the wait area nd my feeling is I should have at least been asked what I was waiting for if there is presumption I should find out via app or queue board. Additionally, when I did get my order, I found that I failed to specify my side item. So when I approached the food prep counter to ask for my preference, I did not get a warm welcome, smile or hello, more of a "go away" energy. Moreover, as a frequent PB customer, I'm use to a more fresh look of my food items but one of my items did appear to have been "left out" for discard yet found its way to my order. It was a bit unusual in appearance in comparison to previous experience. There is room for improvement IMO.
