Usually I like this place but when I pulled in and asked a simple question (what dairy free dressings they had) I was told that they “didn’t know the answer to that” very rudely and no effort was made to find out. I was perfectly pleasant and felt this was unwarranted when I only asked a very simple question. At this point, I would have tried to figure something else out but because he was so rude I just said never mind and went to Wendy’s next door. Will not be going back.

Panera is a dying franchise and the quality of their food reflects that. I guess all good things must come to an end. ?

Need workers, better service. Stopped for lunch passing through on vacation. Waited at the front counter with two other patrons for minutes before somebody came to help. One was simply trying to get some ice as the self-serve machine was broken. I had to do the same to get ice only to fill my cup with warm, flat soda. Disappointing visit. I go to a lot of Paneras and have always had good service, but not here.

Had a weird experience here. I ordered a green goddess sandwich, which was absolutely swimming in what tasted like chipotle mayo (a green goddess is not supposed to be spicy). About a third of the way through I opened the sandwich to wipe some mayo away, and discovered most of the lettuce was spoiled. I imagine the flavor of spoiled lettuce was drowned out by the gobs and gobs of chipotle mayo on it. Since I ate a good portion before realizing it was bad, I ended up with a pretty upset stomach for about 24 hours after. I normally love Panera but won’t be eating at this location again.

I arrived at 11am and ordered a large coffee. I went to serve myself from the coffee bar and all canisters, except decaf were empty. I went back to the counter and was told they have some coffee at the drive thru window but it was Hazenut. I said I’ll take it. The cup was brought back to me but it was barely warm. I went to add half and half and discovered it was also empty. I wonder is anyone is managing this location?

While the food lived up to expectations for Panera, the dining area needed to be cleaned with food residue on tables, seats, and the floor.

This may be the worst Panera in the country. The menu is more limited than other Paneras. They say it is because they are a "test kitchen", yet they have no additional menu items than other locations. Even with a more limited menu, they are consistently out of the menu items that they do have. Consistently poor experience.

Visiting from out of town. This location has an oddly limited menu and the restaurant itself is really filthy. Came in several hours before closing time, several employees, no one cleaning tables or sweeping…and things are pretty gross. We chose the least sticky table. Waited 20 mins for food. One salad with bread so stale I couldn’t bite it and one kid grilled cheese, which was fine. Just very oddly terrible compared to what our home Panera is like. Three other customers the whole time we were there so busy wasn’t the excuse.

I hate posting negative reviews. So if this were the first, second, third or even 5th time this happened I would consider it an off chance. But as this now seems to be common across most of not all Panera I’m just absolutely frustrated with the complete and utter lack of quality. I regularly order bagels toasted. Toasted is apparently a thing of the past as the bagels, even if I grab the bag the second they put it in the winder, are barely warmed. And when you try to put frozen butter on barely warm, not actually toasted bagels, it doesn’t work. Plus, this time my bagels weren’t cut in half. It was like 80/20. And it was served to me with no hesitation.I love Panera, have sip club for my business and personal and meet clients here often. Is there anything that can be done about the complete lack of quality service?I guess one good thing, my daughter didn’t want her bagel toasted, and while it was toasted even though I asked for it not to be the toasting is barely toasted so was ok eating it.

Bathroom was nasty nasty. If the bathroom is this dirty where customers go. What do you think the kitchen looks like where customers don’t go? Yuck. The bathroom smells like fish because of all the bacteria.
