I haven’t been here in a few months cause the portion size keep shrinking unlike Chip. I figured I would give it another chance. I was Wrong , portions keep shrinking and the employees move slower than molasses.

Hardly any chicken or anything made up to complete a bowl rice dried out chicken dried out everything on the bar looked like it laid there since noon this is the second time it was like that I won't be coming back !

I don't eat much fast food for this very reason, but I've been in bed since Thursday with the flu and I didn't have a lot of food in the house. I got an email for a buy one. Get one entree at Qdoba so I gave it a shot. I live 4.6, mi from the restaurant which isn't terribly far, but it's extremely far when you have the flu and especially when you have to go Three old whitestown with all the crazy traffic from all these house farms. I get my food no problem. I got two chicken burrito bowls. I got home and back in bed ready to eat and there's absolutely no chicken. At least the other stuff's pretty ardy and it tastes good but I really could use some protein and wanted what I paid for. I called the restaurant and got Zack. He was kind and really apologized so I do appreciate that and gave me the choice to come back sometime or refund my money. I chose the refund but a friend of mine just did this with another restaurant and never got the refund so we'll see if it comes through. Word to the wise... Check all your orders before you leave the restaurant.

The restaurant was spotless, the staff were friendly and really understanding, and my food was prepared quickly and with care.
Everything felt organized and welcoming. I highly recommend this location!
I’m a repeated customer at Qdoba, and I have to say the new crew member is outstanding! He’s an awesome greeter, very professional, and always makes my visits enjoyable. I really appreciate the way he serves my food—it truly makes the experience a “wow.” Sorry I didn’t catch his name, but my visit was on 08/11/2025

Food was on par. The cashier was wonderful and very helpful. The two preparing the food were our biggest issue. We had to repeat ourselves several times and even then, my wife did not get her order correctly. Newer interior, but did need some cleaning.
