I don't eat much fast food for this very reason, but I've been in bed since Thursday with the flu and I didn't have a lot of food in the house. I got an email for a buy one. Get one entree at Qdoba so I gave it a shot. I live 4.6, mi from the restaurant which isn't terribly far, but it's extremely far when you have the flu and especially when you have to go Three old whitestown with all the crazy traffic from all these house farms. I get my food no problem. I got two chicken burrito bowls. I got home and back in bed ready to eat and there's absolutely no chicken. At least the other stuff's pretty ardy and it tastes good but I really could use some protein and wanted what I paid for. I called the restaurant and got Zack. He was kind and really apologized so I do appreciate that and gave me the choice to come back sometime or refund my money. I chose the refund but a friend of mine just did this with another restaurant and never got the refund so we'll see if it comes through. Word to the wise... Check all your orders before you leave the restaurant.

Food was on par. The cashier was wonderful and very helpful. The two preparing the food were our biggest issue. We had to repeat ourselves several times and even then, my wife did not get her order correctly. Newer interior, but did need some cleaning.

This was my first time and oribably my last. The found beef was not stirred and looked bad. ( I shoulda left). There were big chunks of vegetable. They didn’t fill up the bowl.
Been coming to this Qdoba for around 9 months. I've always had good food with great service from the staff. The last few times I've dined here, Krista has assisted me, and she has always given exceptional service. I know if she's assisting me, I will get exceptional service accompanied by a friendly smile. Great service and a convenient location, definitely recommend.

Shoutout to the staff for letting us stay after the store closed. I know a lot of places would have kicked us out, but since they were cleaning, they let us stay. I was also super impressed by how clean this store was, and their attention to detail!

Everytime i come to or order from this Qdoba there’s a problem. Ordered a chicken bowl on doordash received my order only to notice they included everything in the bowl but the chicken (the most important part). Drove 15 mins to the restaurant with my food for more chicken, wasnt able to get my order remade even though it was unable to be reheated because of the sour cream, lettuce and cheese. Went into the location the worker who helped me and also talked to me on the phone told me “she sensed i was in the restaurant” whatever that means. Highly unsatisfied by this location like always. They seem to just never get it right. Will not be back. Just found it weird everything else was in my bowl but the chicken just seems like something that shouldn’t be missed since its the most expensive part of any entree at Qdoba.

Good if you're into tacos that are mostly empty shells. Figured it was just the DoorDash orders so tried in person. In plane sight, manager was over the workers' shoulder scolding them for putting too much in. Makes sense.
