Just stopped for a snack and bathroom. Bathroom was filthy - opted for a bag of kettle chips and a hot tea. Chips were soggy and sealed - even though dated 11/2/25. Tea took 10+ minutes- store was not busy - multiple wrong names and orders.
This store needs a complete overhaul and retraining.

I will go out of my way if I have to, to go to other Starbucks. There are multiple employees who always seem like they hate their job are so rude (one is a dark haired woman named Lynn or Liz?) On top of that their portions are less than every Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s a bummer because they have other employees who are amazing- like Greg!

What a wonderful coffee shop! Has a cozy vibe and the staff are warm and inviting. Plenty of workstations for the laptop and many areas to enjoy your brew. Has a nice patio also. Only took 2 visits for the team to remember my name and my order. Kaelyn and Jo make it an especially fun experience each time I visit. Thanks to all, see you soon!

This location is full of friendly staff . Most of the time they make your order promptly if they are very very very busy just give the staff a few extra mins . It dose get busy from time to time I always order my drinks on the app and normally when I get there is always ready .

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to and the second time I have had to leave without my items. Last weekend, we came to grab a coffee and I waited 30 minutes to get my drink. Then today, I had to leave after 15 minutes to get to my next stop after waiting for a breakfast sandwich.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The drive thru is usually very quick and accurate. The staff is all lovely but I especially appreciate Dee. She always has a kind word to say and has made my day on more than one occasion!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Whitestown Starbucks!! I visit this location almost daily…and what a great way to start my day! I usually always order via the app for pick up in the drive thru and even when that line is snaking around the building, this efficient crew works hard so there never is a horrible wait. As mistakes can happen every now and again, I can tell you the team at this location will work diligently to make things right. Now, if you’re a regular in the drive thru, you’ve encountered Dee. She’s a rare gem!! Don’t get me wrong, everyone else is great, but Dee just makes my day. If you’re around Whitestown, grab your coffee here, you won’t be disappointed!!

Even though Starbucks is a chain coffee shop, this location in particular has the small, local coffee shop feel. That isn’t because of the building and its atmosphere inside, but because of the Starbucks employees and baristas here. I get Starbucks at most 1-2x a week and love seeing and talking to all of the employees. Regardless of whether I go inside the store or through the drive thru, the workers recognize me and make me feel known through making me and handing me my drink/food order. I love hearing their familiar voices through the drive thru (shoutout to Dee!) and getting to see their friendly faces. Service is great and fast here with the extra touch of warmth and kindness. It’s more than just coffee/food they’re serving — It’s love and kindness too. I can’t think of a better way to fill people up each day and put a smile on their faces! Thank you!

I have 2 Starbucks right around the corner from my home in Brownsburg but I drive to this store SOLELY because of Dee in the drive through. She makes my morning. She is so cheerful and it’s just the perfect start to my day. When she’s not there the service is definately lacking that personable touch. Starting my day off talking with her is worth the extra 15 minute drive. As a customer, this is the type of service you want. Especially first thing in the morning. You’re the best Dee!!!
