I hate leaving bad reviews. But this morning was the final straw. We live right next to this location, and I've given it several chances. Sunday always has a rush, I know that. I'm not in a hurry. But today I ordered my drinks and food at 9:12 am and didn't leave until after 10 am. My food was done at around 9:30 and it sat while I waited on two drinks. It was slammed, but the lady who was doing mobile order hot drinks was rude and kept leaving her position to go arrange orders (even though someone else was stationed their to do that). Putting hot drinks even further behind. I was extremely close to just asking for a refund. Our food was bad by the time I was allowed to take it from the counter. This location is always slow. I'm not sure if it's the workers or if they just need more stations to be able to work at to make the drinks. They are also very inconsistent with the drinks. Some time there is a Carmel drizzle, sometimes not. This is my husband and I's little treat, so I'll be going to the Zionsville location from now on.

Every single time I go through the drive thru, I end up sitting for over 15 - 20 minutes in the exact same spot. I like to go in the morning before work and it never fails that even when I a lot myself an extra 15-20 to sit in the drive thru, it somehow is longer.

Ordered online, got email as pulling up order ready,and went inside to pick up. Order was not on pickup spot. Tried to get someone's attention but 20 minutes later just left. They really concentrate on drive thru and online orders. Not sure if ever made or accidentally taken.

I live near Whitestown Starbucks so I go to this location a lot! I always get the same exact drink for years now but for some reason it’s different every single time I get one. 2/10 of my drinks are made correctly! It’s sucks when you’re paying $8 for a drink and it is always made wrong. It’s not that it tastes bad it’s just inconsistent! I always order quad espresso shots and normally I never get that amount , I ask for caramel drizzle and let me tell ya for .60 cents they give you the smallest amount I have ever seen! Not like most Starbucks! They typically give you a good amount but not at this location! For this price your drinks should be made correctly! I just went through the drive through today at 4pm so whoever is making the drinks today didn’t do it correctly once again. I never leave reviews but I’m going to start going out of my way to a different location. I’m tired of paying for stuff I’m not getting.

I got a cup of hot oatmilk instead of the drink I ordered, lol. Phone calls take priority over in-store customers apparently. Didn't know I should have stayed home instead of making the drive to get priority service. Also they make 50 sandwiches before actually handing them out to customers. Do you WANT to exceed maximum firecode occupancy? Because that's how you do it. Well done.
i ordered a kale mushroom egg bite and when i got home and opened the bag there was ONE egg bit in the damn bag!!

This is the third time in 2 weeks that we have been 3 cars back and it has taken more than 20 minutes to get our drinks. We sit at the window to order for about 5 minutes. Staff is very unfriended and seems to not know what to do. Needs some direction and coaching.

Service = 3/5 ✨ - Average, fine Atmosphere = 1/5 ✨ ? - I don't know where the cleaning staff and/or the baristas have been focusing (optimistic me says, "keeping the coffee machines and kitchen area tip top ???), but it's clearly *not* in the bathrooms or seating area.
