Staff should really be careful what they say on their headset at the drive thru. Driving through on a family trip so ordered through the app for a quick stop and the girl handling the drive thru has the nerve to make a comment oh girl ordered two minutes ago. If I would have ordered through the drive thru it would’ve been the same damn thing. SMH do better people

Just came from out of town and I was blown away with the level of service I received. I visited the area about a year and a half ago and the store has really improved with the customer service and wait time. Please let the staff and management know they are doing a great job

Amazing service, bright spacious room, great outdoor dining spot, but that classic pumpkin spice latte was bitter, over roasted, not that smooth sipping autumn fun drink I expected based on other Starbucks. Insane cost for the inconsistency, thankfully there are many better local options!

Just stopped for a snack and bathroom. Bathroom was filthy - opted for a bag of kettle chips and a hot tea. Chips were soggy and sealed - even though dated 11/2/25. Tea took 10+ minutes- store was not busy - multiple wrong names and orders.
This store needs a complete overhaul and retraining.
