It's honestly amazing how consistently inconsistent this restaurant is. It's always a roll of the dice wheter your order will be made correctly but you can generally expect it to be poorly made and borderline inedible. Literally go anywhere else don't waste your time.

Ordered a veggie bowl nd the purple cabbage was way too hard, added potatoes which were overcooked nd hard as well. I requested extra Pico Gallo which was not provided nd I had to approach the counter 2get that honored. On the kiosk, I indicated dine-in but if that was overlooked..ok since my order was bagged. A review of the order I thought was rountine to avoid such. And finally while it may be a delivery issue, there were no forks, as advised. Good thing I carry extras.

Considering all the negative reviews I've seen, I was a little nervous coming here for the first time; But this location has really surprised me with great food, friendly service, and a clean atmosphere! I understand it's a new location so they must've just had a rocky start... I really believe they're starting to turn around! Will definitely be coming back 🌟

Disgusting food safety practices. I parked out front to order on the app first, and when I pulled up there was a girl who still had her disposable gloves on, while vaping outside and sitting on the curb. When I went inside she still had the gloves on. We waited for our food - few minutes. And noticed the same girl go outside and come back in several times without changing her gloves at all. We also witnessed a man working grab a trash can by the rim (with a bag and trash in it) then go back to making food…..you guessed it, without changing gloves. Not to mention multiple girls with LONG hair that was down and not in hairnets, or the fact they multiple employee drinks on the same counter they were preparing customer food. Absolutely nasty. I’m not going back to this Taco Bell.

Super fast! Because they give you the wrong items and don’t acknowledge the customizations you paid an arm and a leg for. Poor customer service and overall food order. They also don’t care to answer the phone after you leave and give them the opportunity to make it right.
Dont go here - food was cold, ordered big pack cinnamon delights told dont have after we had find out ourselves they didnt give to us so had go ask then told nothing i can do theres no manager to refund you. Absolutely zero help whatsoever so now we wait and see if anyone contacts us for a refund.

This is an ongoing issue for the Whitestown community. An employee/employees will take your card info and try to get an anime subscription from Crunchyroll. Be weary! Corporate has been contacted and the police has been notified but they do nothing about it.

I waited in line before closing drive back in to town and I needed food. The staff hid in the back and pretended not to see me. They were open. It was 3 am they close at 4. They ignored me. When I pulled up to the window they hid.
