Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Went in 6/10/25 ordered 2 Chicken flatbread sandwiches, paid $20 for them only to discover little to no chicken on the sandwiches. I took them back in, showed the nonchalant kid the sandwiches and she insisted that 2 ounces of chicken was used. I requested a refund, they threw the food in the trash like “Oh Well”no big deal. They’d rather lose business and customers instead of simply making things right. I will never go back to the Pine Bluff location.

Today was the first time our office ordered from the TSC app for delivery. We were given a delivery time and when it was 10 minutes late we called. We were told our order had been picked up. We waited another 20 minutes only to find our order left outside of our building in the sun. We ordered two smoothies - only receiving one which was completely melted along with our bowl. We were supposed to get two bags of chips - only one. Both our sandwiches were supposed to not have ranch but they did and were skimpy at best. My coworker called the store and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes was given a phone number to call. When she asked to speak to the manager she was told that there was no manager on site. With this experience we truly don't think we will be ordering again since no one there seems to care. For anyone who cares: order #55915870926873 - Celi Drive - Dewitt 13057

We ordered delivery through the TSC App. Our order arrived without any of our smoothies. When I tried to get in touch with the branch, the phone rings and rings and eventually just hangs up without an option to leave a voicemail. We called several times with the same result. I had to search Google for the customer support phone number, because it’s not in an easy-to-find place on their website. Finally found the number and got in touch with someone, only for her to act like she didn’t even realize she picked up a phone call. She didn’t greet me, introduce herself, or state that she was a CSR with TSC. I had to start the conversation, and then had to ask if I was calling the correct number. Customer support was wholly unhelpful, and just put in the same request form I had already put in on their website. So now we have to wait for a response from “upper management” just to have our refund processed for the smoothies we did not receive from Tropical SMOOTHIE Cafe. We put in an order for delivery for convenience purposes, and spending half of my morning just trying to get a refund for the smoothies I didn’t receive has been far from convenient.

Fast and Friendly Service and Tasty Wraps and Smoothies. Beats your typical fast food chains and smoothies are great for an energy boost mid day!!!!

Waited 30 min for my sandwich and was late to an appointment. I’m a regular TSC customer and this was ridiculous might not come back

My daughter just visited the location on university Avenue in Madison. She ordered a smoothie with healthy ingredients to be added. One of the smart mouth idiot worker decided to say the choice of options my daughter requested sounds nasty, needless to say the smoothie is for my daughter fighting a serious illness. Perhaps the staff could use more training on how to better deal with the public so reviews like this won't be made. We're from.out of town and will not recommend this place to ANYONE.

A fast and casual place where you can get a delicious smoothie and a good bite to eat without any hassle or waiting in a long line. Fresh to order food you cant beat it….. prepped ingredients fresh every day😀

I ordered a wrap and did a sub for plant based chicken, because I am allergic to meat. Had to find out the hard way that is was made with real chicken. After waiting more than 30 minutes in the drive thru to get the wrong food, that caused immediate pain was ridiculous. I would not recommend this location!

Well tried to order online. Only one person a head of me in the drive thru. Literally been sitting for the past 15 minutes waiting. Is it only 1 person working. This is unacceptable. Can’t pull out because someone is behind me also. It should not take this long to blend a smoothie or make a wrap whatever they are doing. I won’t come here again. Normally go to fishers they are super fast and efficient. I don’t know what their problem is here. Going to be sitting in line for 30 minutes before getting my order. Ugh

the service was to put in in plain words just distasteful and unacceptable employees didn’t acknowledge me used profanity while taking my order and my smoothie was came out as pure water pretty much. Never coming back again and hope I never have to
