So I have never been to this Wendy's and don't really do Wendy's or fast food that much, nut I was having a craving for a frosty so I just drove to the restaurant and it's closed at 9:15 p.m. what the heck is that about as the hours say 12:00 a.m.???

Drive through was very very slow. Took at least half an hour. I ordered one thing and got something else, didn't notice until I opened it. They also didn't give me a fork for my baked potato? Who serves a baked potato with no cutlery. Wild.

Extremely SLOW service. Dining area is closed early randomly (even though the app tells you it’s open) so you have to pick up at the drive-thru window which seems to have their slowest workers there. I would avoid this location. Hopefully this Wendy’s shuts down and something better takes its place or this Wendy’s hires new people especially at the management level.

I went through the drive thru around 12:30 PM. I was greeted promptly and was ask to hold for a second. It was just a few seconds and the lady was back on line! My food was how I ordered it and was hot and fresh.

If I'm going to get fast food it's going to be wendys they get my orders fast ,correct, and the food is good.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich they give me burger with bacon it was for dinner and I was so hungry. They messed up all my dinner because I don’t eat pork Also it was waiting in the drive-through very slow service very low quality last time I had to go to Wendy’s in Zanesville
