usually my go-to, unfortunately me and my hungry kiddo were just denied service 2 hours before close. it was unprofessional and seemingly lazy, as the drive thru lights were still on AND i literally watched them serve the car ahead of me. not cool!!!!! not cool at all!!!!!!
please fix your staffing issues :/

It's not so much the crew it's looks move like ownership can't properly run a fast food establishment. Young lady at the register had a bit of an attitude but she was swamped. Ownership failing hard

Just left @ 8:45 am. No one came to great us and there was a female in back on phone and a male on the grill. If you want to improve hold your staff accountable.

Supposed to be open until 12am. We circle the restaurant to get in the deive through and they turned the lights off. Sorry staffing issues we decided to close now! Forget Wendy's! Never again to all of them

We arrived around 12 midnight and they are open until 1 am to a long line. Cars would eventually get fed up and leave. We finally get to the order only for silence. At around 1245am we drive to the window only to see that nobody was in sight from anyone outside. We called the restaurant and nobody answered. They lost at least 20 to 30 cars worth of sales but I guess they don't care. I'd give them a zero since we never even got food.

Went inside. The floor was slick and I am using one crutch. Couldn’t even use it. They messed up our order. Receipt was right but got 3 sandwiches that weren’t ours. Remade sandwiches and they were cold. Bun was dry and brittle. You would have thought they would feel it and know they were doing a remake and should have gotten a better bun. And they weeent in a hurry for the remake. Gave us the wrong nugget sauces too.

You advertises your bacon cheeseburger Mmealel for 7 bucks and show a big burger and fries but what I actually got is a tiny burger that nowhere compares to the pic

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Wendy’s. The potato was rotten on the inside. It was gross they could can less. The staff were inattentive and seemed unapologetic for the inconvenience. I will not be returning to this store and would advise others to steer clear if they value their time.
