I’m 60 and have been going to the Whiting Arnies for lunch since I was in high school in the very early 80s. The food has always been exceptional. About 2 months ago we stopped in and we noticed a lot of updates inside such as the menu board, shirts and caps for sale and other new details. When talking with one of the grill personnel they mentioned that the restaurant has new owners. Luke’s the owners of Luke’s gas stations bought them out. The food was still good that day....
Grew up in Whiting, and this place is a MUST whenever I am back in town! They've added to the menu from what I remember as a kid, but still have the nostagic flavors I remember. Miss being able to get these on the regular whenever I head back out of da region!
