Staff is super friendly and fast! Unfortunately, I didn’t know that forthe sundae they use the kid scoop (so disappointed when I got home!) mine was all whipped cream and cherries and barely any ice cream… Just so I know for next time… The Sundays use VERY small scoops … lol next time I’ll order a double to have an adult portion sundae

They close the doors to the community, Sunday June 19th at 6:40pm and the lobby is closed and you can only get service from drive thru. I walked a short distance from my house to enjoy ice cream and was turned away because I didn’t have a car. This is not what servicing the community means. I am not going back

They were rude and uncooperative with my order. Then, when I gave them my shake because it was not up to my liking I was charged again.

Don’t get your cake from there! I ordered it days before I needed it for them to call me the night before saying they don’t have the colors for my cake! Really the day before?!? I pick up the cake take it home and find a hair in it. So gross save your money and go elsewhere! So unprofessional....
