drive thru is very poor, they are fast to take your order, not fast to give out orders though, i’ve been waiting in line for about 15 minutes now only for 2 chicken wraps, line hasn’t moved and i can’t go no where UNTIL the cars in front of me

I had the worst food ever from this place...first of all the grandma at thr window was on her phone talking to someone as she took my money.secondly the French fries were OVERLY SALTED..seriously it's as if a box of salt was on the medium fries I got..and the cheese sticks SIMPLY AWEFUL.I've always chosen burgers from burger King over McDonalds..but after thus experience I'll Not be back...ashame...cut diwn on the salt and get rid of your cheese sticks..not good at all.

I've had my order messed up the last few times I've been through the drive thru, only asked for cheese on my burger and got everything and a ton of it. I've given this place too many chances, do yourself a favor and stay away from

ordered ahead on the app and when i got there to pick it up the woman working drive thru informed me that she wasn’t going to make my food and told me to just get refunded on the app since apparently she was the only one there. drove around and saw she was just sitting there texting. why even keep the place open? turn your online orders off then?♂️ wasted my time

There’s a Latino manager in there who says his name is Nick he ripped us off for $22 trying to give us burnt food then when we asked for a refund here we are over a week later and the money never got put back on so now we’re going through MasterCard. I guess management doesn’t care anymore. Maybe the health department would because the place is disgusting. The manager who goes by the name, Nick Latino with long hair, put up in a ponytail and one of the guys cooking young skinny African-American outside in the front on Indianapolis Boulevard smoking weed without a care in the world.
