Just attempted to order 10 pc chicken all dark which we’ve had no issues ordering in the past doing. was told they no longer do that, can only order in 2 pc or 4pc dark. Okay, so I requested to order 2 - 4pc dark chicken, and then was told they will allow only 1 order of 4 pc dark chicken. Terrible customer service, terrible response from the person taking the orders. Will not order from capris again.

tired of bad service, I used a gift certificate only to find out you have to pick up your order to use because management is to stupid to find a better system. they have to verify the signature in order to use so I pick up my order and wait 10min to verify than there's like $4.21 left and they won't just give me the change so now I have to go thru the hassle all over again or loose the change. I think they just lost a long time customer due to their ignorance.
