Capri's and Dinos are the eternal war nemesis' in whiting where they are local. I CANT DECIDE WHICH IS LING OF WHITING so let's discuss each. All pineapple pizza loving freaks agree Capri does hawian deeps dish with their naturally slightly sweet sauce better than it was meant to be. This is the Hawaiian of the heavens. They're thin style garbage pizza fire with fresh everything, IN about 50 orders I've had, not a mistake, or a less than finger licking good old self destructive over eating nosh fest was had. They're prices are fair, pizzas are huge, ingredients are amazing and their specialties are considered FIRE in their home town. Thank you Capri for never letting down my hungry wolf pack family.

This review is for takeout and delivery, not dine in. Pizza sauce is overly sweet for me. But it's still a decent pizza for the neighborhood. Takes over an hour to deliver, better to pick it up.

BRoasted chicken, I never heard of it. But when I got the broasted chicken from this place, it turned into my new favorite. Think of perfectly fried chicken that’s not greasy, but it’s crunchy not oily and meaty and juicy on the inside. That’s Capri’s roasted chicken. And even though they’re an hour away from me sometimes I make the trip just to get a big bag full of it. Not kidding probably gonna be the best chicken you ever had, give them a try. It’s really great, however, you have to order a mix of chicken, I wish they would just make brroasted chicken wings. I would order 100 of them.

Very tasty cheese-and-sausage pizza. We gobbled up a basket of breaded veggies too. Nice casual dining room and a friendly staff.

First time customers thought we'd try them out on our way home from Chicago. No servers so You have to pick up a menu at the front and either sit then get back up to order or stand and the front counter and decide. Which is fine for a smaller place. The cashier was "ok" at best I feel our greeting could've been better especially as first timers. We ordered the pizza and chicken. Pizza came out first and the chicken 5 or so mins after without.. chicken was crispy and hot. A bit bland didn't taste seasoned imo. Pizza was ok not the best but crispy crust and veggies flavorful sauce so not too bad. I just think maybe train the young girls up front how to greet and seat people. Make them feel welcomed especially if it's their first time. Store and restrooms also seemed pretty clean. I'd try them again but wouldn't go out of my way

Dine in experience: ( how it was supposed to go) " Welcome to Capris pizza, may I help you? First time, ok step to this side and read the instructions for dining in. Someone will be at the counter to assist you."
(How it went): " Picking up? (No, dining in) You know what you want? (No) Here are 2 menus, and you can come back to the counter when you decide."
Don't expect great dine in service. We ordered, and the staff was mediocre, but have the potential to be friendly? They were hit and miss with different people as I sat and observed.. It is self-serve for your plastic wares. Food was delivered to our table. Pizza is higher quality than Domino's or Pizza Hut, but don't expect Giordanos or Edwardos quality. The chicken was nice and crunchy on the outside, but some pieces were drier than others. No seasoning could be detected. Everything was hot. I'm not sure if I will return. If I do, I may just pre-order for pick up.

Got delivered a medium pizza when I ordered an extra large ! Pizza had zero sauce! Very disappointing, I usually order their pizza because I love their sauce and to get delivered a pizza with no sauce was a waste of my money! Lost me as a customer !

6 meatball subs were ordered for me and my fellow pipefitter brothers. As you open the wrapper you are greeted with what looks to be a delicious meatball sub with bright vibrant marina sauce and melted mozzarella cheese that strings a mile. As you bite into your meatball sub you will be confused as you are not sure if it’s a meatball or a hush puppy. Meatball recipe consist of 75/25 blend of 75% dehydrated pork that has been processed into sawdust and 25% breadcrumbs that have also been pulverized into sawdust, and 50lbs of Italian seasoning. If you were to have the cod dinner this meatball may be a good side for you!
