Just attempted to order 10 pc chicken and all dark and pizza which we’ve had no issues in the past doing. Was told they no longer do that, can only order in 2 pc or 4pc dark. Okay, so I requested to order x2 - 4pc dark chicken, and then was told they will allow only 1 order of 4 pc dark chicken. What? There’s a limit on ordering chicken? Is there a chicken shortage? Terrible customer service, terrible response from the person taking the orders. Will not order from capris again. This occurred 1/8 at 345pm.

Over $18 for a four-piece chicken dinner delivered is kind of high, but for the food to be room temperature and dry when getting it is disappointing. There was no juiciness to the chicken at all. I'd pass. At least on the chicken.

This was by far the worst meatball sandwich I’ve ever had. The meatballs are not even meat, it’s some kind of paste. Do your self a favor save your self money. So disappointed, a meatball sandwich is supposed to have ground beef not ground paste.
