Two different occasions I've ordered a cookie dough blizzard. The first time I got a chocolate shake with an actual cookie shoved into the bottom. This time I paid $5 for a small (ordered a medium) and got chocolate and vanilla soft serve mash up in a cup and got 4 little cookie dough pieces in it.

We have been here multiple times and majority of the time they are out of this or that, dont have chocolate ice cream almost all the time. A few times we have come during business hours and they are closed or closing because employees didn't show up to work. And every time we order, the ice cream is half melted before we leave the window. I'm absolutely done with this location.

They don't serve the blizzards upside down at this location and by the time you're home they're melting. Plus, they're frequently out of multiple things off the menu.

Went couple weeks ago got a chili dog that looked like the hotdog had been boiling since they opened that morning. Today I say you know what give them a second chance since only teenagers that ever work there. Ask kid for chili dogs first tells me dissent know if they have then forgetting to shut microphone off ask another employee you know how to make one she says no so then he proceeds to say I will just tell him we don't have any?? Real nice people you've hired dq franchise owner. Learn to give a little more f $%# and too the kids working there it's a f#$%ing chilli dog you hopeless bad parenting jokes for life.

Can i put zero stars. Long line they only take 1 order at a time .Ordered two blizzards they where like waterdowned milkshakes. There is a sign on the drivethrough window that says they dont do the upside down test. Now i know why it would all spill out of the cup.

Waited in line over 30 minutes ordered 3 large blizzards. Two were berry cheesecake and it was vanilla ice cream only. Service is slow and order was incorrect!

Pretty good place, doesn't serve everything though but they're small so that's OK. Staff is really nice and helps you with whatever. Be nice to them they work hard.

This place used to be great!! No credit cards however there is a sign on window that says they take them!! They do not accept coupons!! There machines are always breaking!! They have run out of ice cream! Found out who the manager is and all the pieces of the puzzle now fit!!

I don't understand how they manage to stay open. If they aren't out of chocolate then it is vanilla. I had the bad fortune of waiting in a long line only to learn that they were out of Ice cream! They currently do not take any type of debit/credit cards. That includes their own DQ gift cards. So it is cash only and they can't even make blizzards:(

Don't even waste your time going to this location, I ordered 2 blizzards, both were not right. Not the first time this happened and when I called to complain, they didn't seem to care. I will definitely spend my money elsewhere
The customer service here is horrible I asked about the molten lava cake and they said they no longer have it but they have a sign in the Drive-Thru stating brand-new X cake and when I told them about it they insisted they would not take it down even though they work there they're considering false advertisement

Very disappointing experience 15 minutes in the drive-through to move two cars I got a hotdog and it was completely over cooked a Diet Coke that was warm no ice and flat the chocolate ice cream cone was okay.

I love DQ however the service of this one individual makes it a waste to cross the boarder. The ice cream is normally great when the staff is full with teenagers otherwise the server or manager is a $#!ty person. Today she messed my orders up for the last time and blamed me without a refund option. I travels 10 miles for dairy Queen from Chicago to be treated wrongly and with an attitude. Now I'm Force to head to Orland on 145 and Lagrange to buy my favorite ice cream. They never honor the commercials of friendly participation. No chocolate ice cream and no royal Blizzard's specials. No team player for a manager and horrible customer service. And the reason they can't serve the blizzards upside down is because they're using too much milk to cut cost. Lol. There's no reason this business shouldn't get 5 + Stars each and every time. If the staff is not changed and customer service's not improved it is a shame that people from Chicago will only come for gas,pop tax relief and lottery tickets only.

One employee (Stephanie Zandy) had a terrible attitude while i was ordering at the window. We ordered 2 medium m&m blizzards, 1 small oreo blizzard, 2 small plain cones, and a medium crunch cone. After finding out that it costed more than we actually hadwewe decided to leave just the 2 medium blizzards. Stephanie left all three blizzards on and instead of an oreo blizzard, it was an oreo reese blizzard. When we tried to tell her she made a mistake and didnt take off the small oreo blizzard, her attitude only got worse. She slammed the window and stormed off coming back a few minutes later. After having to argue with her for at least 15 minutes, we decided not to get anything and she refused claiming that she couldnt refund anything although at that point she didnt give us any of the food. We ended up having to talk to the manager and still had to pay for the small oreo reese blizzard. After it was made, Stephanie slammed it down, threw the spoon and slammed the window once more. She had the attitude from the moment we got there and it only got worse. I did not appreciate it at all.

Slow as could b! Beautiful summer night n there's a line with 2 employees inside! 1 at drive thru 1 front window. My blizzard was NOT even mixed at all! All ingredients were on the bottom n it would have sue fell upside down it was so melted! Peanut buster parfait had hardly any ice cream In it barely made it over the top of the cup! It should have filled to the lid like most places especially for those prices!
