We celebrated my sister's life with a repast luncheon here. Victor the owner closed the restaurant and provided a beautiful setup for us, family style. The ability to walk around and share stories of her life with family and friends will stay in my heart forever. Food was delicious and service was top notch.
Finally! I've been here for 16 years from the Chi and I've found a joint that makes a not only decent, but Very Good plate of Nachos!!! Steak...thank you very much! (I love you, Purple Steer, but I've been asking you to drain the grease off them Beef Nachos for years. Still love ya, tho!) No pics...sorry, that ish is gone!!!
My daughter and I loved our breakfast today! She had scrambled eggs with chorizo, crumbled cheese, rice, beans, and corn tortillas. I had crumbled cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. She had an awesome horchada, and I had really great coffee that kept flowing. We love the diner atmosphere, but most of our waitress was so cute, kind, and attentive. Hats off, great job!!!!!
