Opens at 5? Yeah right. Employees sitting in parking lot till almost 530 watching line building. Mobile orders are a mess to get a refund for. I worked at a coffee company for a decade and the people who need coffee before work are the people you want to keep happy.

Does this look like what I paid for? It’s not…….. I called the store once I made it to work and told them my order was made incorrectly. I was told I had to bring the product with the receipt after her telling me knowingly that my order was wrong to bring it back to the store which is 30mins away from job. Why is it so hard to get what you paid for? L or to get accommodated for their screwups? I do not like the muffins from there or McDonald’s so I’ll trash it and continue to go to my local Dunkin in Hobart.

They always get my coffee wrong and gave me coffee with expired creamer. The donuts taste old and hard, and I threw mine out. Just make sure you check your drink before leaving just in case it is wrong.

I cannot stand the new coffee lids, everything else is great.
I went in for an iced almond milk matcha latte. I can honestly say I don't even know what they gave me here.... I am completely appalled by what I just received.
I ordered ahead on the app and picked it up in store as I was in a rush. After I picked up my drink I noticed the matcha wasn't even stirred, they used coconut milk or some sort of soy milk instead of the almond I ordered.
I just don't understand why this establishment would think that this is okay. Like who would serve this!? This was a $8 drink order. Didn't think it was that complicated but they definitely managed to mess that one up. It's actually really funny that my 7 year old nephews can make a better matcha than what I was given. Definitely won't be back at this location again. No thanks.

Disappointed I ask for 2 chocolate frost donuts and large Hot chocolate and donuts are strawberry and chocolate is no filled like other dunkin donuts
