IXXA is truly one of the best coffee shops in NWI. The atmosphere is welcoming, and has a very chill and calm vibe. The coffee and tea drinks are all absolutely excellent. My personal favorite is the honey latte. They also have pastries in the morning and there is a reason they normally sell out early. The ham and cheese is my favorite Friday treat. The plants that they have sitting around are all for sale. They are priced very reasonably, and the owners will give you tips when you take one home. I love bringing new friends in whenever they are in town to see how cute and perfect IXXA is!

I cannot rave about this coffee shop enough! This place is a MUST-stop whenever you're in the Whiting/Hammond area. It's hands down the tastiest, highest-quality coffee we have around here. Aside from the incredibly delicious drinks, the atmosphere inside is unmatched. This plant shop lends itself to the most relaxing space to sip your coffee in, and their in-house roastery provides the BEST, richest smells. The Mayan coffee is their most popular specialty drink, but you truly cannot go wrong!
