Half of my pizza was bread, when I asked to see my pizza they rudely said no and where questioning why I wanted to see my pizza, also when I was complaining a worker was laughing at me and said that is how pizzas are, terrible service don’t go there.

They are so bad at their job they gave me a pizza that was so bad shaped and it was mostly bread and I ask to change it and they said no because it is not their problem.

Straight trash...they take forever with your food...they ignore and give you attitude..their LAZY!!!they choose who to serve quick and make wait.....their a straight up embarrassment

There is never anyone at the service counter. I will get a notification that my order is ready, but then stand at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone comes to the counter to get my order.

Horrible experience. Wait. Time was nowhere near what the app said. When we got there, nobody handling food was wearing gloves. They were touching money, touching their body parts, rubbing their face touching their nose, then handling food. When we brought it up To the cashier, he got belligerent and ignorant with us and denied it being an Indiana health code violation to wear gloves, the food was subpar. Service was horrible, we'll never be back again.

The only reason its getting a 1 star is because I cant do 0. Ordered the other day the app says it'll be ready by 810 at the latest right but I know they run late so we get there at 830pm why do I still wait an additional 30mins!!!! Mind you I ordered at 725pm. I finally asked how long it'll be and like 15 mins later come back with my order. The pizza puff bites or whatever they are called were cold and burnt. The bread sticks should have been considered a crime against humanity with how hard they were but at least the pizza was decent but not waiting almost 2 hours decent oh and forgot to mention they didnt even cut it either. Unless you are prepared to wait a long time and get terrible food I wouldnt go there. Waste of time and money. this place is an absolute joke.

I was highly disappointed with my recent visit. It is clear that this establishment is in urgent need of modernization and upgrades to both its facilities and operational procedures. Neglecting these essential improvements could lead to a significant loss of business.

Staff is terrible, they refuse to take phone orders and just hang up on you. Also refuse to put a member of management on the phone when calling. Very unorganized, I see from all of the other comments that this location has definitely gone down hill.

The worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant or any kind. The staff are ignorant, ambivalent, sloth-like, and pathetic. My order was ready for 20 minutes or more and they didn't tell me. Lobby was full of people waiting. Staff in the back were spending more time talking than working and everyone moved at the pace of a snail in molasses in January. The owner of this franchise needs to go take care of his operations. Terrible. Food was cold when I got it.

They’re always late with orders and always talking. Waiting customers get ignored while they fool around then they’re confused why customers are upset. The inside and outside needs to be cleaned.

Who is running this Little Caesars?! Who is in the kitchen! Pepperoni puffs with no cheese is diabolical. Was also left on hold for a very long time when I called to speak with someone, not once but twice!

I got sick in my stomach and ordered 45 mins ahead of time and had me waiting 15 min more
