Horrible attitude the cashier had not even a Hi good morning or good afternoon she had no name tag but sure can describe her red short locks heavy set girl about 5’6 black girl horrible attitude she made faces every time customers came inn and they was ordering didn’t feel comfortable making a question cause she was upsad the whole time people like her shouldn’t be greeting customers cause people like makes customers not want to be around.

Ordered on the app.. then 15 minutes later order was cancelled by the whiting location...probly cause they always busy and cant keep up... i wont blame the young kids they have working..everything starts with poor management

Idk what the problem is at this place but it takes me longer to get pizza from here than ANY local pizza joint. The bread sticks are ALWAYS cold and the butter is barely melted. The atmosphere isn’t that great and looks dirty inside. It takes over 10 minutes to get recognized or served. This place needs some serious help.

I arrived at the time the app said to between 7:52 PM and 7:57 PM. I entered and inquired about my order. The worker informed me that the computer was down and that they would have to make the food at that moment. He stated that it would be 20 more minutes. I returned to my vehicle and waited. I returned and inquired about my food. Another worker said that the 2 pizzas were done but they they forgot to put in the Italian bread and that it would be and additional 7 minutes. I returned to my vehicle and waited. I entered for the final time and inquired about my food. I was informed that the pizzas were lost. I was given a refund and the Italian bread. I was offered an old cheese pizza that had a hole in it and an old pepperoni pizza. I accepted the pepperoni and declined the cheese. The second worker begin to make snarky remarks to me about how I sold be satisfied with the refund and free old food. I explained to him that it was inconvenient for me and disrespectful to me to have me waiting on my order and proceeding to lose it. He proceeded to call me a liar regarding how long I waited. You can check the camera. I was at this location for 50 minutes. I ask for the manager. The second worker initially started he was the manager and then confessed that he was not. I asked for the manager's name and the number to the store. He wrote it down at my request. As he was going to give my the paper, he asked for the food back. I declined and he snatched the paper from me and said I could not have it without the food and proceeded to call me a thief. This was the most disrespect I have ever experienced in a restaurant by staff. I will not be returning to this establishment as the staff provide unbelievably bad customer service and poor quality food. I cannot believe this place is still open. A complete change in management is needed if these are the type of workers they have.
