The commercials in the TV show much better than the actual orders. Many times the orders are not incomplete or wrong orders!
Kid-friendliness: They have children meals which some children like and enjoy
Wheelchair accessibility: They have accessible wheel chair ramps they also have tables were people can use to eat their meals

9:25 pm August 26th. Hadn't eaten, long day at work, I order a double quarter pounder. After I pay at the window I drive up and wait at the second window for my food. While I'm waiting I over hear one of the female employees get grossed out at what appeared to be the only male employee putting something in his mouth, she then goes on to say "oh that's how you treat a customer" needless to say I bit my tongue and drove away hoping for the best. . One side of the bun looks wet and dosent seem right. . Feels great paying for the only food I was going to get today and now I have to throw it out.put..

The pay and pick up windows are “filthy” and their bathroom needs to be kept clean.
Makes you wonder what it looks like in the kitchen!
The female employees with long hair need to put on a hairnet. Their hair is flying all over the food, etc.
The employees who constantly speak Spanish to each other in front of customers need to be mindful that non spanish speaking customers don’t understand what they are saying.

One of the worst McDonald's I've been to, I just threw away my whole meal. The fries were limp, not fried. Cold and taste less, my Big Mac was sloppy and cold. My drinks were room temperature with ice in the them. Never again.

I went to this place on Sunday and it was a terrible experience, the service was bad, they didn't even respond to the greeting, the tables were dirty, I also went to the bathroom and it was very disgusting that they didn't even ask to enter because of the bad smell, in conclusion I don't recommend this place.

Don't come here. They like to have you pay extra. Paid at the screen and been approved then I'm told to pay at the counter when it was already been paid for. I knew better too. They didn't even give me the full order. These people need more training and this McDonald's are thieves!!

For the price of a meal, its cheaper to make a hamburger at home now. Same painfully slow, understaffed store . In my experience other stores on Calumet Ave or in East Chicago have faster servic; plus they are 24 hours, unlike this one.

Busy. I asked for bags to carry out leftovers when I ordered because I always have leftovers. I had to go back up and ask for bag. No big deal but I wanted to be able to pack up and leave after finishing meal.
