It's crazy that I call at 924 and you tell me after 930 I have to come in and hang up in my face will never order from here again. And I'm really feeling like it's because I'm black.

They never ever follow directions when you place an order for pick up or on Uber Eats, or DoorDash. They never follow instructions, and they never give extra ranch when it’s paid for. This is the second time this month. I have ordered from them and they never give me the extra ranch that they charge damn near two dollars for. My food was also soggy, so save your money.

I've been coming here since tge late 1990's and the service has been good, same bus boy friendly and welcoming, the server's are nice as well but the whole facility needs major updates specifically the restrooms, I only go there for their hot chicken fingers with ranch 💯 🔥
The older man on the phone taking orders was incredibly rude. Food itself was alright.

Very disappointing!! I called in my order at 8:15 and I got there at 8:50 and no one answered the door. It wasn’t even 9 o’clock yet I’m very disappointed. there was another girl there picking up her order before I got there so she must’ve been there a little earlier than me. We called and called and called numerous of times knocking on the window and no one answered the phone or door. The light was still on and there was cars in the parking lot. That’s not right!
I never had a patty melt that didn’t come with a dipping sauce, this was just a cheeseburger on bread. I was not impressed and was tasteless.
